I think they deserve a full 5 stars. Very polite staff, accommodated me all the time. I used lots of towels and no one complained. I think the 1 star reviews are fake. They're probably from competitor hotels looking to knock these guys down. Good luck Luxurban team - you're the greatest!Review from Dianne B.

Absolutely horrible!!! Booked a 4 night stay in July for Labor Day weekend. Prepaid entire stay at time of booking. Received 3 confirmations, the last we day before our arrival. They then cancelled our room at 6pm as we were on the flight to ******** as they overbooked. Arrived at hotel at 11pm. They did not have any rooms. Said they could not afford to refund us for 10 days. Could not put us up ********* as they did not have any credit left with other hotels in area. We were on our own and had to spend another $1200 to find a room for the weekend *********. Worst customer service ever, including the manager! These people should be put out of business!
