              Ive called this company 7 times since June 11th and emailed them 9 times. All I ever hear is that someone will get back with me which never happens. Their company took unauthorized money out of my bank account. Im not only concerned about the $229.28 charge which I have no idea what it was for but also the overage monthly charge of an additional $27.74 more than I was quoted for the pool addition. I previously paid $335.09 a month. I was quoted that adding a pool to my policy would be an additional $***** a month totaling a new monthly payment of $355.76. I recently was charged a monthly payment of $383.50 and another additional charge of $229.28 which I have no idea what that charge is for.That is a monthly increase of $48.42 instead of *****, an overage charge of $27.74 to my monthly payment with the pool coverage. As of today I was overcharged a total for the month of June $257.02. I asked them to refund my account as soon as possible with still no reply,

              We had mold/water damage from a leaking pipe reported 3 weeks ago. Contractor and property management advised us to leave during remediation and construction. We filed a Renters Loss Of Use claim immediately and got a cheap hotel for 3 kids and 2 adults. Lemonade did not get back to us for 5 days, we had to move back in (cant afford a hotel for this long) and its now been 3 weeks of were determining your coverage. Meanwhile our 9 month is crawling on concrete floors and our kids are playing around construction equipment because we have nowhere else to go. Insurance like this is supposed assist in time of need. This is not it. Ridiculous.
