      Complete Scam company, they will take your money on time month after month year after year but when you file a claim, they will do everything but respond to your questions in emails. Me and my family suffered a devastating loss after a kitchen fire and our belongings were smoke damaged. Lemonade sent a third-party that they are in bed with call FrsTeam who came and took all of my clothes and shoes and electronics which of course all of my Apple products came up missing and unavailable when I try to track them. I was told by my Lemonade adjuster that I had no choice, but to let them take my items because it is a part of my duty as a policyholder? Of course I did not agree with, but had to comply. Not only did they take my things and till this day, I havent got them back but they took them across state lines. They took over 1000 items for my house and returned a fraction, and when I receive the items back, they were still damaged smelled like smoke and have soot stains and discoloration. I made it be known to my adjuster that that was unacceptable and also gave that company a call and was told to let the clothes air out and take them out of the plastic. They return them in to let them breathe! I had to pay out-of-pocket to have the house professionally clean and have the apes vac system cleaned and ask Lemonade if they can pick up the smoke damage items that I claimed damage on because after cleaning the property, the smell was still lingering heavy, my adjuster instructed me to take pictures and videos, and then throw the items away, and if they didnt fit in the garbage can pay to have them disposed, and then I will be reimbursed so I obliged. A week or so later I receive a message from Lemonade asking me for the items that they told me to disregard and telling wanted to have a another third-party, come out and look at them. I feel that they got me to get rid of the evidence so that they can lowball me. And of course they did.This company uses bad faith practices.

      Lemonade is super convenient and easy to use. Having such efficient pet insurance makes my family feel secure in knowing we can get the care our dog needs and we dont have the stress of what its going to cost.I highly suggest Lemonade pet insurance to anyone who has pet.

      They reimbursed me immediately! However there wasnt an option to request insurance repay for eye stain which was why I was At the vet. Everything is a drop-down. I wish there was an option for you to type in the issues when you post the receipt. I was not reimbursed for a $40 service.

      Beware of Lemonade Pet Insurance Misleading and Unfair Claim Denials I am extremely disappointed with Lemonade Pet Insurance and their unethical claims handling. I submitted a claim for a veterinary emergency on January 20, 2025, which was wrongfully denied based on ever-changing and misleading ************ first, Lemonade claimed the urinary tract infection (UTI) was pre-existing, even though it occurred well beyond the waiting period and was fully treated and cured. When I appealed, they changed their reasoning, falsely stating my pet had Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD) or Feline Idiopathic Cystitis (FIC)conditions that no veterinarian ever diagnosed. They fabricated medical conditions to avoid paying a legitimate claim.Despite multiple appeals and requests for a senior claims specialist or independent review, Lemonade refused to reconsider their decision. This company clearly looks for excuses to deny claims rather than honor policies.I have since canceled both my pet and renters insurance with Lemonade because they cannot be trusted. If youre considering them for pet insurance, bewarethey will take your money but deny claims using false and misleading tactics. I will be filing complaints with regulatory agencies to ensure their deceptive practices are investigated.

      Fraud of a company. Got the pet insurance, took my dog in, he got diagnosed with cruciate disease, and they denied me because "he had been displaying symptoms before the insurance started". They called it a pre-existing condition, which makes no sense because nothing had been diagnosed yet. It was in the fine print that apparently their definition of "pre-existing condition" is the dog displaying any symptoms of ANYTHING, which is not the definition of the term. Absolutely don't go with these guys. They will use any excuse to deny you.

      Have been with Lemonade since October 2019 and highly recommend. Super transparent company, very easy to communicate. Prices are competitive and it's SOOOO easy to create, add, or change your policy.

      We filed a claim for our dogs surgery on a Thursday afternoon. The claim was reviewed and approved by Tuesday. We appreciate the timely approval and response. Thank you for helping us take care of our fur babies
