      Ordered pizza while staying at a hotel. First I was told that it would be around an hour for delivery which was acceptable. Then I was notified that delivery would be an additional 45 minutes later (close to 1:45 after ordering). Not ideal, but heck it was already ordered. After around 2 hours go by, I receive a notice that the order was delivered so I go to the hotel lobby. The only hotel employee said that it had not been delivered so I waited. 5 minutes later I receive a text letting me know that the delivery driver was on their way. Conflicting! I waited another 30 minutes and there was no delivery so I reached out to the pizza store. They said that the delivery driver left a while ago and was surprised that it wasn't delivered. Received a call from Slice offering a refund but no food. I'm not the guy who complains very often but I have four kids that waited for almost 3 hours for food. Not cool!

      Absolutely furious. I ordered from my local pizza shop, received someone else's order and called the restaurant directly and no one answered. So I contacted Slice directly and they told me they were not authorized to refund me because i needed to contact the store directly....which I DID and no one responded over the phone. So not only would they not refund me after I followed the policy's instructions, but after elevating this to the supervisor all they did was give me a $10 off $15 coupon which is just an insult. I am absolutely furious. I spent $80, did all I could and followed policy, and Slice not only didn't trust me as the customer, but failed to resolve this and listen. I am so frustrated.

      We made an order while we were on vacation at ************ on 1/1/25. Our resort has more than one building, so when making the order on the app, I put the wrong building number. As soon as I saw the mistake, I called to fix the problem. The 1st slice agent I spoke to was very nice and helpful, she tried to help call the driver about the change. The problem was the driver didnt have a contact number. The next 2 agents were not helpful at all. One even said all I could do was go to the other location, and ask the family my pizza was delivered to to give it back. I was told an escalation case was made, and was assured Id have a return call within 24 hours. Im still waiting on that call for resolution.

      this needs a negative star rating. I Dont live in **, I dont give my card number to anyone and yet there is a ***** charge on my card by a **** Net in the ** area. What an original name. I have been on the phone with these people for days and keep getting, yes we get back to you in 24hrs. And never do. the charge then goes thru. and I now get, yes we will refund you charge in full. And yet this does not happen. If you live in the area these people are in , vote with your money and use another app. Its easy to turn a profit if you keep peoples money after you know its fraud.

      I had a really horrible experience with ******** Pizza that was ordered through the Slice app. After multiple chats and phone calls, Emma at Slice came through for me to right the wrong inexperienced at no fault of my own. I truly appreciate her doing the right thing assisting me. If there is a negative review by me consider it voided.

      After dealing with their customer service, I will never use them again. They bold face lied to me several separate times when I called their support line. I had placed an order for 30+ pizzas for a party. The driver never showed with the pizzas until over an hour later. The pizza shop (which is a great shop) confirmed that the order was picked up ***** minutes after the specified delivery time, yet he still didn't arrive to the delivery location for another 40 minutes. The pizza shop he picked up from is literally 5 minutes away. We denied the order at that point because the pizzas were cold & I already frantically replaced them with pizzas from other local shops. I was left with 200 people looking at me for lunch and we had no food thanks to this driver, so I had to figure something else out & spend $600+ at other shops to replace the pizza that was *** for an hour. I called Slice at least 5 times & was told the order would be refunded. Over a 5 week *********** continually telling me it will be refunded in 3-5 days, it was never refunded. We had to dispute with our credit card company because we never received resolution from Slice. I frequently used the Slice app in the past, but after being repeatedly lied to by customer service, I will never use them again. It, also, appears that Slice disabled my account because I can no longer login to view my receipts. 30 pizzas is a lot of ********** was not our fault that the driver had other priorities before delivering our food. It isn't worth the hassle when the drivers that they contract are careless & Slice doesn't operate with integrity & respect to make it right for the customer. Save yourself the trouble & just go pick up the order yourself if the pizza shop doesn't offer their own delivery service.

      I used Slice for my food order and 2 of my Shrimp dinners were BURNT!!
      I message them sent them a picture of my burnt food a guy name Jason said they would look into it that never happened.
      Messaged 3 more times nothing ever done kept saying higher ups have to look into.
      What's to look into?
      I showed them the pics it should have been resolved Friday!!
      Same thing ever time will get back to you when management reviews it!
      It's now going on 4 days I have not heard anything!

      I order a pizza and wings. My pizza was burnt and my wings were raw on the inside the entire order was inedible. I requested a refund the slice app offered no resolution and the restaurant would not refund. The slice app sent several emails saying my complaint would need to be reviewed by another team. No refund no resolution and no help with their customer service.
