    SquareSpace customer service is NON EXISTING! There is no phone number available to speak with a human. When you access the chat box, SquareSpace displays a notice stating "high volume of issues so chat is disabled." The notice directs you to send an email. However, I sent an email and it's been a week. The report given yesterday was "we're experiencing a high volume of issues." The lack of customer service is disappointing, especially given the payments made by myself and other customers. Unacceptable. Do better!

    I try looking for customer support because I have an issue with the phone number not being properly displayed on my website (when I save the edit to change it to the proper number, it reverts back to some random number??), and turns out there is NO customer support! They say their email is open 24/7 to help, but they don't display ANY email so who am I supposed to contact?? Terrible service. Might look into moving my business somewhere else.

    Do not work with square space. At least for domains. No support at all. The site works rarely. I'm not sure how someone can trust their business to square space when Squarespace own website is not working properly.

    I don't wanna give Squarespace, Inc. any + rating stars as they are that bad in Business and with support by lying and tell you they flagged this unusual behavior with the Engineering team on my domain being locked and not aloud to transfer out and will have it fixed and never fix the problem week later rinse and repeat same support after you contact then again asking why your support was never taking care off and my domain is free to move.

    I set up a site to sell my book and other merch. First off, after connecting your bank account they wait two weeks before depositing money earned!! It has taken them 3 weeks to approve my bank account due to an error on their part and they still want me to wait an additional two weeks to give me my money!!! There is NO SUPPORT. They handle everything by email and when they reply you never get a full answer!!! I have $608 sitting there!!! I have watch the balance go to $528 with no explanation. There ****'t been any customers that have disputted sales, just Squarespace taking my money!!!! HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THIS???? It seems from the other reviews that this is a constant practice!

    I am furious! I have a website that I connected my bank to in order to take donation and sell merchandise to raise money for our animal rescue. We have money sitting there that we cannot access. I have been "Working" with support for 3 weeks. They keep telling me the same thing. *********** statements, take screen shots literally the same email 6 times from different people. I'd cancel but all of our payments went through on the donor side and I am afraid of losing the funds completely, I certainly do not trust them to refund the money.

    NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ********************** is supposed to be hosting my website. My website is still not up after 2+ months. Had a chat going (BTW the chat is nearly impossible to find even though I've been on it before) and they said there is a problem on their end. Have not heard anything and it is still not connecting without a workaround. I am really starting to think this company is a SCAM.

    Squarespace sucks! They limit EVERYTHING!!! If you have a decent idea of how you want to structure your website, DON'T USE SQUARESPACE!!!

    Worst company ever!! Locked my account for 48H and still didn't get it released because they want to verify my new account identity. Why not ask for it in email? Need to lock account and leaving my domains dead in the water in the middle of setting up DNS everything is offline. I already sent them my ID twice and every time another representative ask for it again in a new email. As soon as they open it I'm moving away. Such a mistake to use their services!

    Someone fraudulently opened up an account in my name and information on this website. And there is absolutely no customer service that will respond to emails nor is there a number to talk to anyone. Very shady company. Avoid at all costs.
