THEY STINK...FORESTERS FINANCIAL IF ANYONE IS THINKING OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THE ABOVE COMPANY..PLEASE THINK AGAIN.I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM SINCE 1987 AND WOULD RECEIVE A GREAT INTEREST RATE. UNFORTUNATLY THE FORESTERS TAKE NEARLY ALL OF IT. I CANT TELL YOU HOW MUCH MONEY THEY HAVE TAKEN FROM **. I RECEIVE BUT A FRACTION OF THE INTEREST I HAVE EARNED.SINCE MY LAST CONTACT, IN DECEMBER 2024, THEY WERE TO SEND MY ANNUAL STATEMENT, THAT WAS SENT ON THE 7TH OF DEC., SUPPOSEDLY, AND HERE IT IS THE 29TH OF DECEMBER AND STILL NOTHING! I HAVE GONE TO THE OHIO STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO HELP ME. DON'T BE SUCKERED IN BY ALL OF THEIR TALK.....THEY ARE THIEVES!!!Review from Alyssa V

This place is a f****** scam. My dad is now in a living facility and we, his daughters, were simply trying to move his payment to another account (with the same bank) and the lady, ********, kept telling us the routing numbers were not matching up and we'd have to fill out a form even though we were staring at the accounts and they perfectly matched. They spun us around in circles mutliple times and it's so obvious they were a scam and took advantage of my poor father. If I could leave it no stars, I would. If I could have that company cancelled, I would.Review from Donald P

They are a scam ********* NOT BUY ANYTHING from them.I purchase a Tern Life Insurance policy from them approximately 5 years ago and have paid on time.I still have no access to my policy and have called till I'm blue in the face, with excuse after excuse on why I can't get access.I ********* NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.Review from Teena A

My father-in-law paid on his life insurance policy for 40 years. This amounted to over ****** for a ****** policy. In September it was canceled due to an increase of premium. The notification was sent to the old address even though they have the correct address. Now they are refusing to pay out on his policy. He was a veteran that spent the last 5 years bedridden and this is how they treated him.Review from BRIAN P.

I would give them a 0 stars if i could. On May 1st they received all of the information needed, and they told me 15 days to issue the check. On may 27th i got a notification that it was getting delivered that day. Called june 3rd and they told me that it hasnt been 14 days yet, called back and then after hesitation i finally convinced her to cancel the check. Still waiting 45 days later for a check and now in debt. I lost my mom and now about to lose everything else and still no results.Review from Christopher L

Very slow customer service. I submitted ***** of ******** forms on May 16, 2024 and 5/23/2024. All I needed was to have Foresters let me know the dollar amount of the current premium due so that I may pay the premium for my aged relatives in Assisted Living. Despite having all documents in hand for at least eight days, **************** still will not tell me the amount due. In fact, my most recent phone call between 11:00 am and 11:15 was frustrating as ****, and the representative hung up on me. This is terrible customer service. I don't recommend *********** as an insurance company to anyone.Review from Shanae B

This business is so full of Sh** Im annoyed at the fact they keep talking money out my account with out being authorized . Then they falsely closed my daughter account for no reason then take 30 days to reinstate it they then dont have online access to you kids accounts so you cant see what you are paying ! They always lien to you about fixing your account ! The list goes on every year since I had this company Im dealing with the same bs do not recommend Im tired of this ! This has to do with being covers for in case of a death and nothing is right they mixed my kids socials up all that a messReview from Joseph F

I had a term policy that i paid through the term. They automatically renewed for 5 times the regular amount without telling me. they say that is the way they do business. I assumed term policy meant term policy. They signed me up for another term without notification.Review from Rachael P

My Agent ***************************** had no problem getting me a policy but when I asked to cancel he went on to berate me and talk down to me like I was stupid and then BLOCKED me. I tried for a week to call foresters to get ahold of someone and after 8 days I finally was able to talk to someone but had to jump through hoops just to cancel my policy. The WORST customer service and the WORST ********************** Ive ever dealt with.
