I was invited by Ipsos to do a live retail study near the end of June but I don't know the exact date which is hard. I agreed. On the day of the study I received multiple reminders via text message reminding me of the study. I have screenshots of those texts. I joined the study which was a chat about CVS ************* and my opinion about ************* as well as their ads. The whole chat lasted around an hour and I finished the first round completely. I was not picked to move on to the second round. The compensation was to be **** points for round one of the chat, if you were picked to move on to the second round which was a Q&A session, you would then receive an additional **** points. Since I did not go to round two I expected compensation of **** points added onto my account within 3 weeks. It's been 5 weeks and I have not received those points. I contacted Ipsos about this problem on three occasions only to be told that without the invite code they can't help me and that I should have cleared my cache and cookies or used a different browser. I never was told this prior to the study. I did clear my cache and cookies before because I always do this each morning. So I never got my points and no one took the time to find out why. I was told they have hundreds of partners and they don't have any record of my study participation. I have screenshots of the reminder sent only moments before the chat and that's it. I've been doing surveys with them for a while and never experienced an issue so I didn't know I had to have the invite number to get compensation. I want to be compensated for my time because it is the right thing to do and their customer service treated me as if I were bothering them with my inquiries. I am requesting that I be compensated **** points as promised.Business Response

So I just joined this program this year and I was skeptical about it but I joined anyway. So everything was going well until now . I Randomly stopped getting surveys and then they were adding points to my account still for my contribution to surveys but I could not redeem my points. Had I looked at this before I joined I would have never joined this company because its nothing but bad reviews. So basically you stole my information kicked me out without warning and then I cant redeem my points. I had to contact customer service so many times to get a response and was told some smart response saying we dont have to tell you anything basically ahh yeah you do you have my information and I have points I should be eligible to redeem. Then I see they are resolving this without giving people an option on how they want their reward so as Im reading comments on here an ****** gift card going solve the day ? Wow wow wow! Im not sure who runs this company but i dont believe anybody will be in contact to give me anything. Support is horrible and does not answer in a timely fashion. Also i have been emailing a lady name ***** who only gave me a ****** gift card option for the rest of my points which i thought your policy said that you had 10 days to redeem your points before closing of any account. I didnt even know my account was closed. Its the fact that yall have my information and now i cant redeem my points. So who exactly will be in contact to give compensation for my points that i earned. You are saying support but i have not heard from anyone in days. My emails get responded to once a day even when i reply back right after one was sent. So are you going to do it? You are saying support but support is not any help at all. I would like to know the truth and when i will actually get it and not someone just telling me something.

It has been more then two business days from a response back from anybody , and also i would just like to know when i will get my ****** gift card since thats the only option that i have because on the actual account , you can redeem that right away to wait weeks for a card for an account that was not suppose to close and if any event if your account does close you have a certain amount of days to redeem your points and the company did not follow their own policy. So my questions is who is going to be emailing me to give me my gift card (******) right away so we can move on from this. You said in a response awhile ago someone would be in contact it was more then two business days and im not understanding whats the issue why this person ****** or whoever can quickly send me my gift card so that i can close my account for good because they still have my information that i dont want them to use for any research. purposes. So I had enrolled with this company Ipsos isay ca. work was that you do a survey you get points and you redeem those ponits for gift cards. But suddenly They canceled my account without a reason and did not inform me. They also would not let me redeem ********* that I earned while doing the surveys a very bad and irresponsible company. They took my person information and felt cheated by this company. I did not go against any of there policies. I think this is fraudulent and a scam. I had an account with ********************** and I did some surveys and studies to acquire points. These points can be redeemed for gift cards or pay pal funds. I wasn't notified that my account was terminated until I reached out. According to their terms and conditions they can deactivate my account without warning but should notify me that I have 10 days to redeem all my rewards points prior to my termination date. Neither of this was done and now I cannot access to redeem *********. I have emailed them and called them multiple times but no one is getting back to me. I was notified on 7/12/23 that my account was terminated and I should be able to get my rewards points redeemed until 7/22/23. As of 7/13/23 I have **** points in my account that they are not giving me access too. Which equals about 90 dollars I can get for it into PayPal, I want my PayPal account credited for the studies I completed for them.Business Response

survey - ********* 2 I was promised $100 for a survey. I was called about 3-4 times to confirm and got 3 emails about the survey. I joined the survey and got an error message saying "it's full". I took the day off work because I was PROMISED $100 for this survey. These people are a sham! They ask you to join and then cancel the survey. I'm a member of ********* and on 5/09/2023 I participated in an online survey that was 2 parts. I was promised **** ($50.00) points for completing the 1st part of the survey, and another **** ($50.00) points for completing the 2nd part of the survey, if selected. I completed both parts of the survey. I received the points for the 1st part, but not the 2nd award, when I inquired about this, I was told that "I was dismissed from the 2nd phase" of the survey. I informed **** in customer service by email (no phone support is available) this is not the case. The client was Mass General ******* and we reviewed 3 ads, the ads featured a operating team performing open heart surgery. The team was talking about stopping, then starting a heart and who I trust to stop and start a heart again. The first part of the study did not go into detail about the commicial ads, I won't know the commicial details if I hadn't taken part in the 2nd part, Please review the recording of the session, it should show I DID take part in both parts of the study and credit my account with the promised 5,000.
