I am part of the ************************ through Ipsos. I complete surveys in the community and receive "******" points, which is another app. I have usually been compensated promptly, but I have not received my points for the last 3 surveys, which have been over the last few months. I am owed **** ****** points. I have reached out to support on the community, and they have said they will look into it, but I still have not received a response. I would just like to finally get the points I'm owed.Business Response

Hello,
We have not been able to find the respondent in our panel with the information provided. Can you please ask the respondent to send the email address under which she joined Ipsos iSay?
We are not sure what "******" points are . Ipsos iSay panelists receive iSay point for completing our surveys, so it is possible that the respondent is referring to another survey site in which case she should contact them directly in regards to this issue.
Kind regards,

I was selected to do an online chat about a product with What's the Buzz which I believe is part of Ipsos. The reward for doing this is a $50 gift card. I was in the "waiting room" 20 minutes before the chat started and 5 minutes before the chat was scheduled to start, I got a message saying that the chat room was full, thanks for waiting. I immediately emailed them and got a reply stating that don't worry you will still get your gift card. That was on September 30. On October 4, I was selected to do another online chat. I received my gift card (I selected an Amazon gift card) and realized I never got one for the September 30th chat. I emailed them and they keep sending me the Amazon gift card I already received for the October 4 chat. When I tell them this is the one I already received they just send it to me again!!! I can forward the emails detailing this if necessary.Business Response

October 5, 2022, I redeemed rewards I had earned for taking surveys at Ipsos and have been doing this for over a year. The redemption amounts were withdrawn from my account, however, I never received the "gift cards" that I purchased with my rewards. I have experienced this same issue a few times but never received any response to the emails, phone calls, or contact forms that I send. In other words, they are allowing me to continue taking surveys for their company on a regular basis, earn points and then not honor the rewards I'm choosing on their website when redeeming the points that I have earned. I have contacted them several times, even calling the central office in ********, but only get answering machines and never a call back or email.Customer Answer

I was invited by IPSOS/Physicians Consulting Network (PCN) to complete an online physician study (A******b) on skin care on 5/25/22. I previously completed surveys for PCN and when they were managed by GfK Custom Research they used to be a more reliable and honorable company. However, since IPSOS has taken over the company fails to pay. I completed the aforementioned study on 5/25/22, but never receive the payment I was promised. I initially contacted support 6/15/22 to look into the issue and have simply been lied too over and over again. Please note Although the study is administered by IPSOS/PCN, M3 Global provides support for any issues with IPSOS studies.I had a similar issue with this same company approximately I year ago, regarding another study and ultimately ************************* from IPSOS resolved the issue. This time, I simply have gotten generic responses from "M3 Global Support" and they have been telling me for months that my ***** honorarium for study A******b was either pending, processing or in the mail; yet, I have never received the payment. On 8/4/22 "support" informed me I should receive the honorarium in 1-2 weeks, but I never got a check. Then on 8/24/22 support informed me that the check for the survey was "processed" in July. I explained that it was now close to the end of ******* had not yet received the check. Support then emailed 9/8/22 and now informed mee the check was "processed" on Aug 11, 22. I again informed support that it was almost a month since the check was supposedly sent and I have not yet received it and asked for a new check to be sent to me, I was then told that they cannot find my participation in the study. I am tired of the lies, deception and gaps in communication. I am also extremely disappointed in the IPSOS management of this platform and lack of integrity.I would appreciate if BBB could contact IPSOS and help rectify this issue, and for IPSOS to send me a check for ***** as promised.Business Response

The Ipsos survey panel has been going downhill since they switched to a generic site a while back. Their support non-existent until recently. I was reading the endless complaints against them on the internet and I got a headache. The A+ grade they are getting here is greatly suspicious, There are two things that *** be happening. They are either in serious financial trouble or, they are forced to pull out those who support a political ideology that their clients are against and subsequently, refuse to receive their survey responses so they can manipulate results and mislead the public once again. They terminated my account with the following excuse after more than 10 years long membership."We have been reviewing our clients research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our needs. Consequently, your account was terminated, and no other survey invitations have been sent to you."They need to pay me $5 which is my current credit balance rounded to the nearest integer. The termination does not reference any violation on my part therefore, withholding earnings is unjust and illegal.Business Response

I did a focus group through Ipsos-Isay research in June. I had been doing surveys and product testing regularly for them for months at this point. The **** points which equals $50 was supposed to be in my account 15 days after the study. After a month, I contacted them about my money, now this whole time still getting surveys, and they did not respond. I wait. Nothing. (Still doing surveys and getting products to test. I still have the products, which I spent a lot of time testing and wasn't compensated for)I email again. Nothing. I stop getting surveys. I email again, told someone would get back to me. Today, weeks later, they did, they canceled my account, they did add the **** points, but now they have terminated my account, even though I've never broken their tos, and are saying the only way I can get my points plus the $19 worth of points I already had, so $69, is in an Amazon giftcard. The options normally include multiple giftcards, or PayPal (which is why I signed up with them (I have terminal liver disease and can't work and used the money for medication copays), and what I've always chosen is PayPal, it's why I did the focus group. I don't use Amazon. They decided to cancel my account and not let me cash out, which again, they didn't do until I really started asking for my points. even before they added the **** points & I had $19 they wouldn't me cash out. I emailed them about that weeks ago and they never responded then that my account was canceled (in the past 2 months they never once said that) I just want the $69 I earned fairly before they canceled my account, in my PayPal, which if they had let me cash out before canceling me is what I would have done. Amazon gift cards are useless to me. If they offer multiple ways of cashing out and they decided to cancel my account, I should at least be able to get my money the way that works for me. I tried to settle this with them. I just need my $69 in my PayPal.Business Response

I participated in a ********* Collect online market research discussion. I participated in all THREE discussions. I received the gift cards for participating in each discussion, however I never received the reward for completing ALL three. I have emailed the company on several occasions and all I receive is the autoreply that someone will be in contact, but then I never hear from this company.
