Good Evening I was sent a survey from Nielsen for $5.00. I promptly took my time and completed the survey over a month ago. I havent received anything. But then today Ive received another Nielsen Survey promising $10.00 this time. Please let me know what I can do. Thank youBusiness response

We got a bonus package from Nielsen promising that if I did the surveys we would get a bonus of 10 dollars each. It has been over 8 weeks and we have no word. We demand our money.Business response

I believe these surveys are administered by Nielsen IQ which is a separate company altogether, I have forwarded this information to them but you will need to contact them directly.

I received an unsolicited mailing from Nielsen, *************************************************************************************** at the end of July 2022. I called the number provided and asked to opt out of future mailings. I was told there was no option to opt out, and I may continue to receive future mailings. I'm concerned that not being able to opt out is not an option for me. It's also worrisome that this address for Nielsen isn't listed at all or accredited with BBB. Please permanently remove our mailing list from Nielsen, please, and confirm that we will never again receive a similar mailing. Thank you for your time.Business response

Nielsen (the ratings people) keeps mailing ** sending cash in the mail, putting door hangers on our door, calling us and now has begun knocking on our door. Today the man knocked on our door at the dinner hour. I sent him away and told him we were not interested, would never be interested. I told him. "Please leave us alone". We would never let them into our home. "He said see you tomorrow"This is harassment. Please help us make this stop!Business response

Over 6 weeks ago I was promised a $10 bonus check for completing a Nielsen Radio Diary and sending it back by the due date which I did. As of today July 11, 2022 I still haven't received it. The diary is fairly time consuming and it would be great if they could hold up their part of the bargain as I did mine and pay me.FWIW this is now the second time this has happened so $10+$10 =$20 Is this a legitimate business?Business response

On or about July 5th, Nielsen called for a survey. The survey was lengthy and at the conclusion, the caller asked for personal information. The call came from a (V) Nielsen number, ************ to our landline at ************.The caller asked for our home address, and when it was declined, the caller attempted to persuade us to give her our address, claiming it wouldn't be used for other purposes. We said no, and when she began asking again, we weren't interested in dealing with them and hung up. Asking for an address is not necessary for a survey and should definitely not be done more than once when the caller refuses. Since then, Nielsen has continued to contact us which we've ignored.We ask the business be notified and put us on their Do Not Call list, and the complaint be registered.Thank you.No legitimate business should continueBusiness response

I keep getting calls to my home phone (found in the contact info I submitted to you) from Nielsen daily. It just started happening a couple of weeks ago but they just won't stop calling us. There is nowhere on their website to ask them to stop and my phone number is on the Do Not Call registry. They even called past 8pm est once. Please tell them to stop calling!Business response
