I had cosmetic surgery with Goals in September 2021 (New York). It was liposuction abdomen, Pubic pad and sides with fat insert into buttocks. I was completely botched because you dont even see a difference in my body. I spent over $8000 if not more. I was under local anesthesia so I was awake and showed obvious signs of discomfort/pain which the doctor ignored. And then blamed me for not finishing my surgery. I have paid the full amount. The doctor has also canceled over five post visits for me. My stomach is bumpy, pubic pad & sides are not complete at all and no fat in my buttock. I have photos of before and after. They dont communicate with me. I now battle with depression and persistent bullying because of how my body looks. My surgeon will not communicate with me and I literally only met her on the day of surgery and one time 3 month post up. Where she told me I do this all the time I know what Im doing and stated my buttocks will come out once fully healed. She would not even touch me or examine how wrong my body looked. Im just asking for what I paid for thats all. I chose Goals because they seemed inviting and understanding that people want to look beautiful for themselves. I worked hard for this money to improve on myself. Im just asking for what I invested in, nothing more. Respectfully. I can request my paperwork from them via mail. I need your help because I cant do this alone.Customer Answer

Assisted my sister and gave her money for surgery. The company started the process and told her that she needed a Flesx Sculpt 360 and double BBL. During the processs there was several changes of appointments in this entire process. She requested a consultation and that date was changed to October 6, 2022 initially and that appointment was changed to October 7, 2022. October 7, 2022 had a consultation with ******************. He stated that he could not perform the procedure of Flex sculpt 360 and double BBL because there was no fat to transfer. They could not perform the surgery of what was wanted, thus tan to billing. She spoke with 3 different managers in the ************ of Goals plastic surgery with ****** the billing manager being one. *** was told that they would refund and she has not received any refunds. They are a scam and have refused to return any calls. Later a manager stated She could have a full refund and that a manager would call me within 48 hours as to how I would receive my refund. I waited for 48 hours and did not receive a call. Please assist us in getting our money back so we can have the survey at a place that can perform the surgery. .Initial Complaint

I gave authorization to pay the deposit $500. They took the whole of the amount of my surgery off my card $4700 on July 23, 2022. It was supposed to be paid in increments. At first I was just going to let it go. I was uncomfortable with them taking the full amount off so I spoke to the coordinator about it. I spoke with **** about it she said billing would call me about it. No one ever called to correct the issue. I asked to change my date. I was told the price would increase. I asked for an updated contract reflecting the new price. I was told I would have to come in the office to get the new contract. I would receive the correct contract amount the day of surgery. I received the first contract through email. I live in **** the office is in Georgia. I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no one was available to speak to me. I have cancelled the surgery due to the extremely unprofessional customer service I received. The change in the price and the refusal to give updated contract. I also looked them up online they have bad reviews and a F Better Business Bureau rating. I am requesting the full amount be refunded. Which they are refusing. Nothing on my contract even mentions the refund policy. They act very different once they get your money. The special was for one amount then once you get the contract, you can only get the advertised price if you are under a certain BMI.Initial Complaint

So i paid my deposit ($500) in April 2022 and scheduled my surgery with Goals in December. I just found out I am Hep C positive and my liver enzymes are elevated and my doctor is not recommending surgery at this time for my and the plastic surgeon at goals safety. I did not know this but your liver controls your clotting functions and my doctor said with my liver not functioning properly he doesn't want to risk it. I called Goals and explained right now is not a great time as my doctor wont clear me for surgery. They are refusing to give me my 500 dollar deposit back. This is out of my control. I want more than anything to have this surgery, but doing so is NOT SAFE. I should not be punished for that, and I want my deposit back.Customer Answer

I paid goals plastic surgery to have a liposuction 360, with fat grafting to hips and ****. On December 28 I received my surgery after fighting with them for almost a year because their rep sold me information that wasn't true. 4 weeks after my surgery I realized that I had no results. Each week I was taking pictures and videos of my body and no results. I contacted the billing manager and the representative that signed me up and no one seems to care. In April I went to the Bronx location that I had my surgery done for my review and when I got there they tried to cancel my appointment. I told them I drove from *irginia and I will not accept my appointment being canceled. The manager told me to wait and allowed another surgeon to do my review. When I got in the room before removing my clothes the surgeon said I needed a revision done without even seeing me undressed. He went and got my file and he told me less than the maximum amount of fat was removed from me, in addition I didn't received a bbl that I paid for. He wrote my revision form up and told me to take it to billing and I did. Billing to me they will call me to schedule my revision and there is a fee I need to pay. From that day I haven't heard from goals plastic surgery. I called them few weeks ago and they told me no one in billing has the time to speak to me. At this point I am demanding a full refund of my money. I am beyond depressed and too many of us ladies have been robbed of our happiness because of the fake information this business sells to us then ignore our concerns. I am beyond frustrated dealing with this company. I need a full refund or my complete surgery redone correctly by Dr. * so I can receive what I paid for.Customer Answer

I went for a free consultation on May 7th to seek information about their flexscult and double BBL procedure. I was advised that I needed to get blood work and medical clearance which was completed by my primary care doctor. I paid a total of $5200 on the date the contract was signed may 7th. On May 14th I went on for a pre op appointment and had multiple pregnancy test taken which were all positive. This would mean I am not eligible to get surgery and they should issue me a refund for the total paid. They sent me to the billing **** for the employee to tell me that they don't issue refunds for this and that I should wait till after I give birth to get my surgery. She was not a health care professional and should not be giving this sort of medical advice. I proceeded to tell her that I wanted a refund for the total of $5200 due to pregnancy which is a health condition that would make me ineligible for surgery and this would would result in full refund as per contract. She called her manager **** over the phone and he stated that he would investigate the case and provide me with an email detailing if i am eligible for a refund. How is this even something you need to investigate if the pregnancy tests where all done at the facility and they have proof I am ineligible for surgery. This business does not care about their patients and they hold their money until they become eligible for surgery, its like they force you to get the surgery there regardless if you have a medical condition. I would like my full refund for what I have paid since I am not eligible for surgery for the amount of $5200.Initial Complaint

I paid Goals Plastic Surgery $8300 for LIPO 360, Double BBL, Hips, done on 6/29/21. ****************************** met with me on November 21, 2021 we discussed that I wanted my stomach flat as possible that is the ultimate goal! He said I would have minor loose skin but my hips and bbl should come out amazing due to me already have some hips and **** I told him My signed contract specified the procedure but did not include by upper back fat he stated he will have billing adjust, December ******* Christmas **** *** can I forget, I noticed early on in my recovery that the procedure was not done properly or to completion. I complained to a Manager at the Bronx location in 12/27/2021- 12/28/21 and Brooklyn 1/3/22- 1/4/22 -1/31/22 -2/4/22- 2/10/22- 2/17/22- 2/24/22 - 3/4/22 -3/10/22 -3/17/22. An appt. was made for 3/2/2022 to follow up with my surgeon. a representative called to tell me that my doctor is not available and my appointment for 3/2/2022 will have to be cancelled. They scheduled me for ***** 21,2022 I spoke with a new manager at the ********** office and expressed my discomfort in not being able to see my initial surgeon due they MIS-SCHEDULED my appointment. I completed my post surgical follow up with a new surgeon ******************* I explained my concerns and that I still look the same after the procedure and that the initial surgeon did not fulfill his part of the contract. Then stated I needed a revision. I contacted the company's billing which explained that there is a fee for a revision, which I contested, because the company did not fulfill their part of the contract. I was told that that another patient coordinator will contact me to discuss. A month pasted with no return call. On 4/21/22, I went to the Brooklyn I explained my case yand was told that management would contact me still havent received a call about resolving my case I am so DEPRESSED DUE TO GOALS NOT KEEPING THERE END OVER THE CONTRACT!!!
