    VERY ANGRY- this company first scams you to enroll through some third parties sometimes (in my case was a fake marketing team that used to go under *************** but had wayyyyyyyyy too many complaints and now goes under Prospect Ignite. I am going to request money back from them next. Basically they took my permissions when I allowed ****** to log in when I signed up and saved it somehow and made updates to my business listing changing phone numbers etc,, and have to see what other damages. Now I have no way of contacting anyone to cancel or get off the Yext directory. So *************** or prospect ignite doing business also as ************* controls all my listings. Very bad. I expect a refund for signing up and full access to my listings back so that I can cancel the subscription correctly. Thank you

    As you have confirmed, you do not have a Yext subscription. You declined to share any information about your business with our Support team and so we could not confirm if you are receiving Listings through any affiliated digital marketing services.

    Any listings that aren't powered through our service have not been edited or created by Yext. We can only manage the listings of businesses that have a subscription with us. Listings can often be created on the web from a multitude of sources, and our mission is to assist business owners with updating and syncing their information across the web.

    Since you do not have an account with Yext, we haven't provided any information about your business to any search directories. My best advice is to find the original data provider for the incorrect listings and submit corrections there. Admittedly, this approach requires a bit more elbow grease than the Yext platform but is still a viable and free/less costly option.


    One of those sources is data aggregators, which are sites that crawl the internet for public records, utility bills, free government feeds, etc. Search engines like Google then pay those data aggregators to use the information they gathered to make updates to the business listings on their sites. You can use the following contact information to get in touch with the four major data aggregators. Sending your updated business address to them is a good place to start.

    I signed up for a partner which I was told was every three months, which was fine. I agreed but I have informed them that my business can no longer support the service and have gone an entire different direction as its barely floating along and I have completed my year with them. They told me I cant cancel and I have to pay for another year!? What am I suppose to do with a service I dont need and cant afford ? I looked and all they sent was one reminder email vaguely in October to my spam folder. No one calls or follow up but boy to sign me up Ive been followed up since 2018 from different sales people. Renewal tactics are sneaky send a one vague reminder and hopefully it goes unseen. Also no email as a support email had to dig through the help section to find a form to request canceling it should be on my dashboard.My credit card had been compromised this their payment didnt go through now they threaten me with collection way to go multimillion dollar company bullying and pushing around someone that has enough work just to get by and not have the power shut off.     I have purchase the service is over 3 weeks i cant use social post Because their software Not provide same same than previews years i have paid 500 per one year they dont have Phone costumer support any More i have send several email asking than why the software Not allow me use social post any more they not fixing the issue im tired of send than Bunch email and Nothing happen i just asking than to give me my money back so far they Not say nothing about that i will express what happen in the next review so far bad experience

    I have been trying to talk to someone at YEXT for over four months! I have tried everything and nobody responds. I am left with leaving bad reviews on as many sites as possible to try and get them to pay attention to me. I would like someone to contact me about my issues asap.

    I am a small business owner that has a ***** business listing. Yext has taken over handling ***** business listings. When I went to update the ***** business listing (which small business owners are supposed to have the ability to do free of charge), I had to ****** instructions on how to correct the listing because the link was very well hidden on the page below large offers to purchase their expensive directory update service. The link appeared to be intentionally very difficult for the average small business person to find. I updated the business listing, which appeared to display correctly on *****. I checked back a week later, and what did Yext do? The ***** business listing had been completely deleted from being published online. They said I had opted out of having the free ***** business listing when I had very intentionally updated it and intended to retain it and had not opted out of anything. When I logged in to check the listing, I also found that they had raised the price of their listing service from approximately $449.00 to $699.00 per year within a week. These charges seem absurd given that Individual business directories have an ethical duty to maintain accurate business directory listings and to verify their accuracy periodically. My impression is that Yext is making it very difficult, if not impossible, for small business owners to update their free ***** business profile and that they are doing this as a very underhanded tactic to force small business owners into purchasing their service. My impression is this is a highly unethical company that is taking direct and overt advantage of small business owners.

    I CAN'T COUNT HOW MANY TIMES IV'E TRIED TO TALK TO A HUMAN FROM YEXT ON RESOLVING A PAYMENT I MADE AND NEVER RECEIVED THE SERVICES FOR WHICH I PAID.MY BANK STAEMENT CLEARLY SHOWS PAYMENT MADE TO YEXT AS THE ***** FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT YEXT HAS NOTHING SHOWING I MADE THAT PAYMENT.     The auto-renewal policy on their contracts is outrageous and unethical. My predecessor tried canceling prior to her leave and missed their 30-day deadline by 7 days, now we're stuck paying thousands of dollars for an entire year of service. I've asked if I can downgrade to any plans as we are completely displeased with this software and its functionality, and they are holding us to everything. I understand how contracts work, as I have service contracts with my clients, but if they were asking to get out early or are unhappy there is a certain level of understanding and customer service in owning a business with ethical practices. Yext is not that. I've reached out to their customer service and at times have waited 1-2 weeks for someone to get back to me. I also asked their manager to reach out to me directly via phone and they only contact me via email. They won't address any of my concerns or customer service needs.
