I was somehow added to their newsletter and I never subscribed to this. I have no idea how I was added to their subscription list. Then, I clicked unsubscribe and yet I STILL get the newsletter and now there is NO unsubscribe link in the latest email. I do not want this unsolicited spam email.Business Response

I understand that it's frustrating to receive emails and physical mail that you don't remember signing up for. If you are on multiple email lists, you'll need to unsubscribe from each email list individually. I've made sure that you won't receive any further contact from us. If you need further assistance, the best way is to contact us directly. You can find several ways to contact us in our help center, a link to which can be found at the bottom of our website homepage. ****************************************************Initial Complaint

I resent receiving the garbage in Epoch Times and have tried to unsubscribe many times. It seems the number of emails I receive increases with each attempt to unsubscribe.Business Response

Over the past few months I have sent several requests via the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of their emails. I have even answered their question as to why I am unsubscribing. All to no avail. I see from the growing list here that many others have also been accosted by incessant emails from The Epoch Times, with no satisfaction from this useless unsubscribe link they have. Are they not required by law to unsubscribe people who request to be taken off their mailing list? This harassment should be addressed. Maybe it's time that a law suit is started against them? Perhaps then they will change their ignorant tactics and do what they are supposed to when sent an unsubscribe notification.Business Response

I have been receiving unsolicited emails from The Epoch Times and have tried to unsubscribe even though I have never subscribed in the first place. I notice in your complaints system that I am not alone in this experience and it seems to be a pattern for this organization. I want them to cease and desist any contact with me.Business Response

I have never signed up for the Epoch times. Over the past month I have unsubscribed from their emails countless times. I currently still get a new email from them at least weekly and unsubscribe. They are still sending me emails. I would like to also add that I never signed up for this email list or gave The Epoch Times permission to add me to their mailing list.Customer Answer

A few weeks ago, I started receiving emailed Epoch Times newsletters. I never subscribed to this newsletter and am disgusted by the amount of fake news it contains. I tried to unsubscribe using the link they provide, but the newsletter keeps coming at least once a day.Business Response
