      I placed an order over a month ago with no communication from eShakti. I have emailed them 3 times for a status update and have yet to receive a response. Terrible customer service. Is this a legit company?

      Something has changed I've been a long time customer of Eshakti but lately their customer service and delivery times are really bad. I ordered on May 4, with a promised delivery date of May 21. I sent 2 messages via their website, no response! Not only have I not received it, but it has not yet been created. I'm sad because I loved this company and they have great designs, but this is no longer acceptable. At a minimum, please respond to your customers. And stop making sales if you can't honor them!

      Could be so amazing. Mostly providing an incredible service of custom clothes, its a dream come true really. However, they literally never respond to any customer service inquiries. When you receive a custom item, there is a lovely note that they will contact you about any adjustments needed. Yet, 2 sep orders and they NEVER get in touch. I wind up getting the custom item tailored! If they had the communication they pretend and say they have, it would be great. Alas they do not communicate at all!!

      I ordered 2 dresses in early April for Mother of the Bride (2 different weddings) that were to be delivered (per the website) on 4/25. The timeline showed no progress beyond having been ordered. Miraculously, I was able to speak to someone on the phone on 4/27 who told me that the fabric wasn't even available! I asked to have the order cancelled at that time because the dresses would arrive too late. She said I'd receive an email acknowledging the cancelled order (which I never did get an email). One dress (that had been cancelled) arrived 3 weeks later; I returned it because I had already purchased a dress elsewhere. There has been NO acknowledgement of the cancellations/return, nor has there been a refund. I call twice a week to leave a message and email once a week. Other than the automatic email bounce-back, there have been no replies. I don't think anyone actually works in ***************** DON'T GET SUCKED INTO THE TRAP THAT IS THIS COMPANY!!!

      I made an order I was supposed to receive over a month ago and still haven't received it. I've written to eshakti five times using four different methods and have heard nothing back. So disappointing after a previously positive experience.

      When I read my order confirmation, I realized I wasn't going to receive the item on time so I tried to cancel the order. I spent two days trying to reach eShakti, leaving messages on their voicemail and website. They never contacted me. I tried to cancel again a week later. The day after I left the cancellation message, I got an automated email saying they'd shipped it. Getting ready to return it, I discovered I'll be charged a $4 shipping fee for returning something I kept telling them not to send.

      I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered three dresses, two of which were being custom made. I received the one dress that was not custom. However, the other two dresses did not arrive in the time frame stated on the website. When I looked at my order, the dresses had not even been created yet by the date that they were supposed to be shipped. I tried calling and could not reach anyone. I emailed and received no response. I reached out on Instagram and did receive a response. After a couple of back and forths, they finally cancelled my order. I was told that I would see my refund in 5-7 business days. It has been 18 business days and I still have not received my refund, nor have I received a response to my Instagram message asking about why I haven't received my refund. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company.

      I bought a dress a few months back and really it. So I ordered a jumpsuit May 10 for my daughter. The expected delivery date was May 29. I never heard from the company so I called and emailed them. Never got a response. I asked for a refund.

      This company seems fraudulent. After 4 phone calls, **** e-mails, NOTHING. Oh, yeah. A message via IG after a salty review. Barely any movement on my order since 5/17. Just some lame message about a "fabric issue". They charged my card on 5/18, and since then I have received probably 10 marketing e-mails. Furious.Sadly, all their marketing messages have GORGEOUS looking dresses. Also, ******************? No one answers the phone. No one answers messages. My guess, is that address and phone # is bogus. What else can I think?I honestly wish the BBB can hold them accountable.

      I would give ZERO stars if that were an option. I ordered a customized dress and the "deliver by date" was early May. A couple weeks past that date and I still had not received it. I needed it for a wedding I was attending at the end of May. I emailed their "help" address and received no response regarding my order. I called and it went straight to a full mailbox. I emailed multiple times after that requesting my order be canceled and refunded. Still no response. They also show on their own website that their BBB rating is an A. Obviously it is not. I have no idea how this place has not been shut down.No one to respond to emails or phone calls, yet they still manage to post ads on Instagram and email me ads daily.
