      I placed an order for Dyson air purifier filters on February 10, 2024, $406.72 and after contacting them a few months later I was told that the order was still backordered. I have still not received the order or tracking information as of June 28, 2024. I reached out to the vendor this morning and the telephone number appears to not be working.

      I have been reaching out for weeks In regards to my purchase I got a shipping status number and my order was never delivered I have cameras all over my home there was no attempt of delivery for weeks they keep telling me they will escalate the whereabouts of my order now i'm just being ignored

      3/25/24 ordered water filters and they never arrived. I called every phone number I could find and all numbers were disconnected. Maybe they are out of business. they should be by the way they treat customers.

      I ordered a Simrad radar dome for my boat from ********************** for $2031.93. I have attached the invoice. The dome was ordered with a 10M cable and the cable was not delivered with the dome. The dome will not work without this cable. Only the dome arrived. I tried several times to email and call ********************** however their phone system was down and is now disconnected. My emails were never returned. I filed a compliant case with PayPal since I used my credit account to make the purchase. PayPal instructed me to return the dome to Factory Outlet Stores Holding LLC, ************************************************************* however ********************** website stated only returns should be delivered to a ******, ** address. I returned the dome to the ** address and tracked the package. It was delivered May 24, 2024. Now their website is down, or is no longer working. PayPal has now denied my case since I did not send the product as instructed to the non-deliverable NY address. I am going to take legal action to get my money back. I am very frustrated and have been taken advantage of. FACTORYOUTLETSTORE now has my product and I am out $2k plus the $100 shipping charge I paid to send the product to **.

      On Nov. 19, 2023, I ordered 3 refrigerator filters for $180.93. I was sent a receipt email and told I would be notified when the items shipped and given a tracking number. This never happened. When I checked in about it, I was told twice that the items were on back order with the vendor and I should have them soon and would receive a tracking number. I never did. Over the last few months I've sent more and more emails asking about my order, always referencing my order number. I stopped getting responses. When I tried to call the customer service line, the number was not a working number. I'm out $180.93 and have no filters. I attached my most recent email with my order number and amount spent. I'm happy to provide ALL of the email communication should you need it.

      I order a Voyager Focus 2 UC Wireless Headset with ******************* Stand (Plantronics) that was not received, it was on back order. The purchased date is Jan 10, 2024. I am unable to reach merchant about order or refund.

      I ordered 3 refrigerator filters from Factory Outlet Store on March 4, 2024. They were supposed to arrive within 5 days. When they had not arrived in two weeks, I called and was told they were on back order. They have still not arrived (April 22, 2024) and now the phone number for customer service does not work. I have emailed to two different email addresses with no response.

      I placed an order for a Norelco ****** on March 9th. Since then, I've gotten emails saying my purchase had been delivered and emails asking me how I'm enjoying my purchase, but I have yet to receive anything. When I track my order, it says the order is still processing. And despite emails to their support team, we have received no response. We'd try calling too, but there isn't a working phone number anywhere on the emails we've received or on their website.Order Number: ********MARCH-****** Order Date: 3/10/24 Estimated Delivery: 3/17/24

      I ordered a Garmin GPS from the web site: www.factoryoutlet.com. I ordered it on March 24, 2024 it was scheduled to be delivered around March 31, 2024.The amount was $197.94 but it was never delivered. I checked the tracking several times and all it shows is that it is in processing. I tried contacting the site several times and get no answer. I have not received any kind of notification about delays or otherwise. I did a search on the site and it looks like other people have had problems with them.
