All the Hamburg has copped bones in it. This is very dangerous to consume as it can cause internal bleeding issues that would be hard to find. Please do not order from this place. Find a local butcher!Review from matthew r

They sent the wrong cuts. I called customer service and they said they would send a replacement box for free, but never did. I called again and they said the same thing. I called a 3rd time and they said I was getting a refund, but never did. I called a 4th time and they said I was getting a credit for a future delivery. I didnt wait and cancelled the account.Good Chop Response

First box half cold meat was good, second box room temperature some packages open put in freezer but think I will just throw out ! Supposed to get another shipment when I dont know! Woman I talked to sounded sorry this happened she spoke with Eastern European accent which leads me to wonder???Good Chop Response

Second delivery was awful I tried to deactivate my account but did so on final day to cancel order so unfortunately it was delivered. Went to wrong address however I found it still was partially frozen so I was lucky. The steak tips were tiny and tough the steaks were more like sandwich steaks.customer service was unavailable live and learn I guessReview from Brenda C

Meat was horrible. I shared it with my family and they ended up throwing it out. I signed up for 8 weeks but I got an email saying a new box was shipped not even 4 weeks later. I don't eat that much meat! I went online and cancelled, followed every step they said and just figured I'd take the loss on the 2nd shipment. I now have a 3rd box coming, I called and the person said I didn't complete my cancelation because they would have sent me an email confirmation. No where on the cancelation process did it say that. This company is a scam company. They refuse to cancel this shipment. Do not buy this scam!!!Review from Patricia J

I too received my order half thawed and I ordered the 18 cut package which was not very cheap. Upon logging in on site if only shows the package I cancelled not the package I paid for previously.Review from Chris T

Had a box delivered a day late. Everything was thawed out, nothing under 50. Made a claim for replacement box and was told it would be shipped out in 5-7 business days. I called customer service to complain about the turnaround time on new box and they only wanted to offer refund. So, I canceled my subscription and will try another company out.Review from Sharon M

Do not engage with this company. Horrific service and fraudulent activity. Purchased from them and everything came thawed which does me no good. I was told that they would reship. It did not come. I contacted them again and I was told that I would receive a credit. Each time they told me what they would do, I asked for an email verifying their intentions to rectify the situation but the email never came. Huge red flag. I had an option of delivery every 8 weeks. Even though they initially said they would resend and it did not come, they said they would do credit and it did not happen, they had the audacity to send yet another shipment just one week from my last contact with them - weeks before a subsequent delivery was due IF there would have been a successful delivery. They sent this without notification to me - I was out of town - and they CHARGED me for this. I contacted my credit card and filed a dispute which was resolved in my favor. My account with them was deactivated. Phew. The one thing that they did right. So I had nothing to worry about, right? Wrong. With the credit card information that they still possessed on my deactivated account - they charged me again for the amounts in the dispute (no merchandise was ever ordered from them when they never bothered to rectify my initial troubles with their shipment.) With my account DEACTIVATED they charged me yet again for what the credit card company rightfully saw as inappropriate and credited back to me. Now, I have filed another dispute with the same credit card. This time, I must close down that card which is a pain because it is listed with REPUTABLE online merchants with whom I often purchase items. This company has absolutely no SCRUPLES. Do not buy from them. It is a nightmare waiting to happen. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.Review from Bill W

Order came partially thawed. Fish on top completely thawed. Beef and pork on bottom partially thawed. Threw fish away . Didn't want to refreeze meat so ended having a cookout to use it up. Completed survey and never heard from company. Of course I cancelled my subscription.not a good first time experience. Too bad because part of order I was able to use was very tasty. Quite disappointing. Wasted money spent on fish.Good Chop Response
