Purchase of 3 hoodies on Oct. 28th for $114. The print on the hoodies was significantly smaller than shown on the website images, and significantly smaller than it's been on previous purchases of the same hoodie with the same designs. On one of the hoodies, the print was not centered. Reached out to company to settle complaint, to get them re-printed with the design being correctly sized to the garment. Sent photos of hoodies to show the issues. As per their "The TeePublic GuaranTee" that states: "...we want to make sure you are 100% happy - nay, thrilled - with your product once it arrives. If there is something wrong, well make it right. Its that simple." Their customer service *** sent a message to say "I can confirm that this design did print as expected, but you may not have noticed this note on the hoodie product page: "Design may print smaller than displayed to avoid printing onto the pocket." Any ***rint of this design on a hoodie will come out exactly the same." But since I've ordered this exact same design on the exact same hoodie, I know that the print is, in fact, undersized for the garment. I asking that the company address the issue by properly scaling the design to fit the size of the garment. If not, then the company should show a realistic ***resentation of the size of the design on different-sized garments. If they're not going to properly scale a design to fit the garment, then that should be shown on the site. The images are misleading. Their "The TeePublic GuaranTee" is misleading as they did not 'make it right' by re-printing the hoodies I ordered.Business Response

In reference to complaint ID ********, TeePublic issued a refund for my purchase. While this does resolve the financial aspect of this complaint, I strongly recommend that TeePublic provide a more accurate/realistic representation of how a design will look on a garment, especially when they're printed on sizes XL, XXL, and XXXL. The images used to show 'how it will look' are misleading, as you can see in the comparison photos of the site's thumnail of the garment and the actual garment. Having a more realistic product image will prevent future customers from experiencing dissatisfaction with their purchase and feeling frustrated with TeePublic.

I placed an order for 2 t-shirts on 8/31. Firstly, only one of the two shirts arrived on 9/7 and the second still hadn't even been shipped until yesterday, 9/10. I have not received the other half of my order yet.That is not my main issue. The print on the first shirt that I received had absolutely horrendous quality. The entire design had fibers of the t-shirt poking out that makes the design look like it has white speckles all over it. It had also already started peeling in places. Supposedly each shirt goes through quality control before shipping, but there's no way someone should've approved this. I have never seen a print so poor from an otherwise reputable business.I contacted customer support on Sunday 9/8 and have waited 3 business days for a response. There is a chat system that says you can be helped there, but no matter what time of day, the chat system says that the business is closed.I haven't heard a peep since I requested assistance on this issue and am coming here with hopes of a resolution. If there is a constant many days long backlog of customer service requests as evidenced by the responses by Teepublic to complaints below, that indicates a bigger problem with the business.Business Response

I am apoplectic after reading these reviews!I ordered 3 T-shirts on 8/24/2024. I made an email address typo. I immediately contacted the company requesting a correction so that I could track. No response. I went to TeePublic's 'FIND MY ORDER page, entered my order # and the (wrong) email address I ordered with and got this message, 'Could not find your order. Please make sure your info is correct.' WHY NOT!!!!! I contacted them again in writing on 8/25/2024 after receiving no response. My query was marked 'received'. No response. I called the # listed here.... answering machine. Purchase date 08/19/24 Spent $39.19 on 2 tee shirts received 08/23/24 upon receipt the same day I opened a claim of items received damaged or poor quality defective. Under arms seams threads stitching coming apart. Was informed I could keep shirts as a courtesy and pay difference to upgrade to better shirts or just exchange for same style. I chose upgrade to a better heavyweight boxy tee sane designs color and style. I have reached out numerous times and company stil has rectified the issue or made attempts recently to address. I ordered shirts from this business and was very dissatisfied with some of the quality and presentation.When I attempted to contact them through their **************** website portal, there was no reply for one whole month. The other contact option was their website directing users to speak to their 'Chat with an Agent' window, which is open 9am-5pm EST. Everytime I have logged in during the posted hours of customer service, the Chat window says they are currently closed and nobody is available to help.This business has no customer service department, though their website mentions several times that they are happy to get in touch with customers and chat with them. That is false and misleading - no human is reachable through the channels they provide, and no returns or exchanges are possible as a result.Business Response

On July 22nd I ordered 7 shirts from TeePublic for $135.99. Every shirt arrived damaged--because of stickers attached to each shirt, which can't be removed without damaging the shirts. I've ordered many shirts from them before and this had never happened. The stickers seem to be oily. They can only be contacted via email. When I reached out to them via email, requesting replacement, I received a reply after several days, asking for photos. I sent an email with photos and received no reply. After a week I sent a follow up email. I received a reply to this email requesting more photos, and a warning that every time I send them an email my ticket gets placed further down in the queue, to quote them, "if multiple emails are sent to us, each one will push your ticket down with the newer ones, resulting in longer wait times," and a statement that issues can be resolved within 60 days. I sent the additional photos but if they keep running down the clock waiting a week before replying and then only wasting my time requesting more photos etc., I fear my problem will never be resolved. My request is simple. I want them to replace the defective shirts they sent me in my last order. I'm not sure why it is so difficult for them to do this.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I purchased seven t shirts on July 22nd. They all arrived damaged. My complaint on August 5th was answered after several days with a request for photos. I sent photos, and then heard nothing for another week. When I sent a follow up email I received a reply telling me that asking them to respond would cause them to not respond, and to send more photos. I sent more photos. It is now August 12th. I ordered seven t shirts from this business and they arrived damaged. I asked for them to replace/exchange the damaged shirts, and have received no response other than multiple requests for photos and warnings not to send them emails because they will not respond. What is the difficulty? If they can send multiple emails over several weeks asking for more and more photos, and warning me not to send them emails or they'll never answer them--even though they ask me to send them photos in emails--they can simply stand by their products, and exchange or replace the shirts. They can send me multiple emails but they can't replace their defective merchandise? What is taking several weeks and emails not answering the question or resolving the issue? This is insane.
