      Awesome customer service. This is the second time I have ordered with them. Both times they quickly resolved the size issue by directing me to keep the shirt and that they would immediately send me another one that was the correct size. I highly recommend them for their prompt and generous response. This keen attention to detail and professionalism is rare in this day and age. Thank you TeePublic!!!

      I placed an order for 3 sweatshirts which were too small (my error). I inquired about an exchange and customer service sent out 3 new sweatshirts, no questions asked, and told me not to bother returning the first shipment. That was AWESOME of them! As far as the quality is concerned, the shirts themselves were of a good quality, not too thin and the designs were exactly as the website showed. The colors are vibrant and the detail in the designs are amazing. I will definitely come back and order more!

      I believe that the measurements may be off. Not sure by how much. But when I measured myself it said I would fit an XL in Youth. But when the shirt arrived. It was small. I immediately reached out via email. And they responded super fast. They told me that I can keep or donate the shirt that I currently have. And minutes later I received an email saying that a shirt is on its way. Super quick and fast exchange process!!

      I have purchased several times from TeePublic. And have always been satisfied with my purchase. This Christmas I ordered 3 shirts, 2 of them were too small, so I requested an exchanged. With in a day I received a email letting me know that new t-shirts were on their way and to feel free to donate the other shirts, no need to return them. WOW, talk about great customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend buying t-shirts from TeePublic. Thank you, *****

      I ordered a shirt for a Christmas present but the material was more see-through than expected. I contacted **************** to see if it could be replaced an within the day a new shirt was on its way, no charge. And they let us keep the original shirt to use or donate! So happy with TeePublic and their ****************!!

      Purchased a hoodie on December 10th. Spent $43.99 including shipping and it was supposed to be delivered before Christmas! The email said Shipping Method Budget (**** Business Days) (Guaranteed before Christmas). Here it is December 31st and I still do not have it. It is very embarrassing to tell the recipient that this item still has not arrived. Wont do business with again!

      For Christmas I was given a t-shirt that was too small. I contacted Teepublic in the morning and by the afternoon I had a email from them with how to handle the issue. They are sending me a new t-shirt, the size I need, and said to keep the original one that was too small to gift to someone else! I am excited for my new shirt to arrive so I can wear it and tell everyone about my story. The shirt I have is not my size, but the quality is top-notch, so I expect my replacement will be as well. Teepublic has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my 54 years! I will shop with them for all my t-shirt needs in the future!

      Ordered a sweatshirt and when I received it, I wasn't happy with the print or fit of the sweatshirt. I contacted customer service regarding my order. Without hesitation, they said they would resend another one and to donate or rid of the original order. Received the 2nd sweatshirt yesterday and I'm SUPER HAPPY!!!

      This company is essentially flawless. ********* creation, fast service, fast delivery, and above all, the goods are well-crafted. I recently started designing my own t-shirts just to wear, and these results stayed true to my creative vision, completely. Hats off to TeePublic. I would recommend this company for anyone.
