    Omg what a joke of a company.They took my money and they saying they dont have it. **************** is rude and say they will call back and never do. Called my bank and bank said payment went through yet they keep processing my payment over and over and over ***** times. How about you stop looking at the order number and find the transaction number. I ordered my camera R5 *********** early morning with in the first 2 mins of it being released. Now its back ordered. And this is your mess up. I have the email to prove it. I have an email saying the payment was successful but my store credit was the issue. So why do you keep reprocessing my payment. IF I DONT GET MY ORDER I BEEN WAITING MONTHS FOR I want all my money back. All my store credits I bought to buy this camera with you all. I want it all back if I dont get my order. I have NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE WITH B&H. Period. I HAVE SENT SCREENSHOT AFTER SCREENSHOT TO SERVICE@adorama over and over. Your customer service is Terrible. As a customer making an over $4600 dollar purchase you would think there would be some level of service. Now I got to make my ******* video, social media post about my experience and show all my evidence that this was Adorama error. So what happens in a week and your process **** say oops our bad we do have your money. I have an email from your company saying payment successful then your *** said no it was declined. No crazy person it was decline because you tried to take it again and again and again.

    I have already spoken to the customer I was able to see that the authorization did come through the card processor but somehow there was a glitch ant it never made it into our system, so we voided the authorization and then took a new one. everything worked, and the order was charged and shipped on 08/21/24 and was delivered on Thursday, August 22

    On June 2, 2024, I ordered a Casio CDP-S360 Electronic Piano/Keyboard from Adorama online for $400 plus tax (paid $424). The item was listed as an open-box item in like-new condition, with standard product warranty intact. Items noted as included in the box were as follows: 1)Casio CDP-S360 88-Key Compact Digital Piano Keyboard with Touch Response (Black), 2)Pedal (SP-3), 3)Music Stand, 4)AC Adapter (AD-A12150LW). Upon delivery, on June 5, 2024, with box undamaged, but clearly retaped/repackaged, as expected given it was sold as open-box. I opened and unpacked the product and found the shipment to be missing items 2 and 4, the Pedal (SP-3) and AC Adapter (AD-A12150LW). I subsequently contacted Adorama customer support to seek a solution and was told I'd be contacted within 48 hours to have the matter resolved. On June 6, 2024, I was contacted via email by an Adorama customer service representative that identified themselves as ********. They noted that the original product items were unavailable and that what they could do is refund $25 to close the matter. There was no means provided to correspond in any way other than by reply to the email. In my reply, sent June 6, 2024, I explained that the retail value of the items was $94.98, currently on their site available for $64.98, and that the appropriate resolution would be to either ship those products or refund that amount to allow me to place an order for them on their site. Over a day later, there has been no response. This will be my last purchase with this business given my experience. I've opened a complaint with BBB, in addition to this review, and will look into next steps if this doesn't reach an appropriate resolution within a week.

    Purchased a Sigma ***** 2.8 lens on May 31, 2024 from ****** (Adorama seller). Delivery date was supposed to be June 1, 2024. It says delivery was attempted (does not give a time window, so I may have stepped out to walk my dog and missed it) but *** left a note that said the package was left at a local ice cream shop (*** Drop Point). I go to pick it up, but it is not there. *** says they received a change of address and the package was "delivered" on June 3, 2024. I checked *** Tracking, and it was deliver to ******** *** (I'm in ******, **) and signed for by "****" (My name is ****). So not me, not my address. That is what they considered "proof of deliver", so signature, no photo, nothing. I opened an investigation with *** but they closed it almost immediately as there is "proof of delivery". I called *** today and they informed me they "found the package" but couldn't tell me where. I asked who made the change of delivery address. They said, "there were multiple errors on the senders end, and they are trying to work with the sender to correct it". None of that information made it to me until I called. I have heard nothing from Adorama on why they redirected my package to some guy in ******, CO. I'm still out almost $600 with no end in sight as no information has been updated. So $600 out, no information on the horizon, now June 7, 2024 and still.. no ****. I will be pursuing alternative investigation and recouperation options if this is not sorted. If Adorama can change the delivery address, they should refund me and request their product back from ***. I no longer want to be involved in this nightmare.

    I DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING HERE FOR ANY REASON! I PURCHASED AN EXPENSIVE FLASHPOINT PRODUCT THAT WAS DEFECTIVE OUT OF THE **** I HAD TO WAIT A WEEK FOR THEM TO BE OPEN SO I COULD CONTACT SOMEONE ABOUT IT, AND HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND ON THE ***** FOR ALMOST A MONTH, NO RESPONSE TO THE ***** I SENT THE BRANDS DEPARTMENT. THIS SEEMS LIKE IT SHOULD BE A VERY SIMPLE THING TO FIX THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE BUT I DON'T THINK THEY ARE CAPABLE.

    I JUST NOW SEE THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE . JUST TERRIBLE WHAT TREATMENT I RECEIVED FROM ADORAMA CAMERA AND STILL PAYING FOR IT . LENS I ORDERED WAS NEVER DELIVERED , THEY CLAIM IT WAS BUT NEVER TO ME AND I HAVE SUPPLIED ALL THE EVIDENCE THAT I WAS NOT AT THE **** ON THAT ADRESS TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE I HAVE SEND PERSONAL INFORMATION GOING BACK AND FORTH FOR THREE MONHTS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ..AT THIS POINT ITS NOT ALL ABOIT THE MONEY IMEAN IT IS I AM PAYING STILL ON MY PAYPALL CREDIT BILL FOR THIS LENS EACH MONTH . LAST WORDS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE THAT THEY WILL ISSSUE REFUND AND THAT NEVER HAPPENED , SO LIES AS WELL .     Can I leave zero stars? This company was offered by Amazon as a supplier for an HP Large Format printer (HP DesignJet T630). When placing the order we were notified that it would be 2-4 weeks for delivery which was OK with us. After a few weeks we began looking on Amazon for shipping/tracking information and there was never any shown. It always said the order would arrive soon. After 6 weeks I sent a message to the seller (Adorama) via the Amazon site and the first reply was that the order had been cancelled by the customer. We had NOT cancelled the order so we sent another message and this time they claimed that delivery required scheduling and that they had sent 3 emails that bounced back. Then they claim since they couldnt reach us they intercepted delivery and are withholding $327.72 from our refund. We receive Amazon deliveries 2-3 times per week and when there IS a problem, Amazon has multiple ways to get in touch and resolve the issue. In my opinion, the printer was never in fact shipped since no shipping or tracking info was ever supplied. And, if emails bounced back as they claim, they clearly did NOT go though Amazon to contact us. I have called the Adorama toll free number and they tell me they may or may not decide to refund the $327.72 and they may let me know in 3-5 business days. They told me that the decision would be made at the store and they couldnt transfer me to the store. So, I called ******* store and they told me that the decision would not be made at the store and they didnt know who would make that decision and couldnt transfer me to anyone. I am also unhappy with Amazon for making me deal with this crooked store rather than issuing a full refund but that is another battle

    Ther was no mention that this would take weeks to ship. We don't sell items on Amazon that are not in stock. This was ordered thru Amazon on Friday 03/01/24 and shipped the very next business day on Monday 03/04/24 via Truck. Team Worldwide Tracking ************** which was noted in his Amazon order as well. We sent an email on 03/12/2024, 03/14/2024 and 03/18/2024 asking for customer's phone number for the carrier to call them back and schedule a delivery. However, since we did not receive any response to any oof the emails, we requested the package to returned back to us. Refund was processed on 04/18/24 less $327.72 for the intercept/return fee.

    I will never be purchasing from this company EVER AGAIN. Reading reviews from other Adorama customers saying Adorama are thieves & have terrible customer service aligns with my experience too. I paid for VIP 360 accidental ************* did not honor it when my telescope was damaged within the coverage window. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

    Where do I begin. I traded in equipment to use its value to purchase new equipment. Once I was notified of the delivery of my equipment to the warehouse my online account said it was going to take a 3 days for it to be evaluated. I also received an email that said it would take 5-7 business days to get evaluated. On the 9th business day I had called **************** for an update and was promised that I would recieve a callback or an email at the *** that day or the following. But to no avail I didnt receive anything. I called back again on business day 10 to which I finally was able to get my equipment appraised and place an order on new equipment. I was then told my order would process and ship out next day. It has now been 4 days since my order has been placed and it still has not shipped out to me. I called customer care again for a 4th time to which they assured me that I would recieve an email regarding my equipment being shipped out but have yet to recieve one. I would like to note that **************** did an awesome job with assisting ****** know its out of their reach to expediting my order but my experience with this whole trade in and purchasing process has been nothing but a nightmare.

    The customer service here is terrible. I ordered ******** Pro Light Mods for 1x3' Softboxes, 2-Pack from Adorama, and they were never delivered. A box came with another part of my order, but I'm still missing those light mods. The bottom part of the box was not taped, and there were gaps on both sides. It has been nearly a week since I should have gotten them. So far, I have reached out to customer service three times, including this morning, however, they keep putting me off about having to do an investigation with the warehouse. Either the product was never put in the shipping box in the first place, or it slipped out of the bottom gaps of the box that they didn't bother to tape. In either scenario, this situation is not my fault. I'm not sure why I am being penalized for a lack of competence on their end. I paid for a product that I did not receive. I am so frustrated that they refuse to ship my product and don't bother to update me when they say they will. A couple of hundred dollars might not be that much to them, but to me, it meant sacrificing other things to afford that product. This lack of customer service is why people just order from Amazon instead of American businesses. They might not care about losing one no-name customer, but in the future, I will not consider them for my photography needs.
