I received an e-mail to ************************** to subscribe to Vogue for $1 a month, and that my card would only be charged $12. I paid with Amazon Pay under my ************************ account. Order ID: ******************* My card was instead charged $74 CAD, not the $12 USD I was told would only be charged to my account. I was blatantly lied to. I reviewed the terms several times to ensure this wouldn't be the case, but clearly, I was misled. I am frustrated beyond belief and if this is not refunded then I will be disputing the transaction with my bank and won't bother with a company that lies to steal money from people.Customer Answer

I purchased a print and digital subscription to Vogue for $12.84 for my daughter on 1/23/23. She received a "welcome gift" tote bag in the mail, but never once received a print subscription. After several attempts to email Vogue, I was given a case # and told how to log in to connect my email account to my Vogue account. Even after doing so, no print editions arrived. Further, when I try to correct a password, it tells me "no such account exists". I was charged again on March 2023 another $12.84 and still never received a subscription. I stupidly paid another $10 today October 2023 thinking I signed her ** in error with the wrong information or something and the SAME thing keeps happening. I think they are scamming online people who sign up and never receive anything. Please help. It is under my email ********************** They say my account # is **********. But at this point, I can't even log in to CANCEL any future payments they say will automatically be withdrawn.Customer Answer

I signed up for a subscription to both Vogue and Architectural Digest. This was for both digital and print. I have not received any print magazine yet and was unable to log into my account online due to technical issues. I sent a few emails to the listed help line asking for help logging in to the product I paid for but was being blocked (the site said the email was registered but that it was not possible to reset password because the email did not exist). I received no response for weeks via this "help" avenue. Then I called in to one of the help numbers and the individual who answered the call was not only unhelpful, she harassed me and called me stupid and other inappropriate names. I believe she said her name was "feelie". She also refused to transfer me to her supervisor even though I heard her talking to him in the background and she just hung up on me. I called back and when she answered the phone again, she hung up on me when she realized it was the same caller and pretended to not hear me. Same thing when I called back a third time when she saw my caller id. She refused to refund me the order and proceeded to call me stupid when I told her a partial refund was inadequate because I never received any product I paid for. This is wildly inappropriate, offensive and unnecessary. My initial call to Conde Nast customer support was today, 9/22/23 at 7am CST.Customer Answer

I recently subscribed to Wired Magazine, a Conde Nast publication. My online account refuses to verify my subscription and after many emails with the company on ticket # **********************, they were unable to assist me and started ignoring my emails. I paid for a magazine subscription which comes with online access, I'd simply like to use the features I paid for. If Conde Nast cannot fix the issue, they can issue a refund check.Customer Answer

I purchased this product from a company called beyond flawless skin and has since did some digging to find they are under a few names aka lilyherbs aka Conde naste. So I had 30 days to return the product I even emailed them to let them know I would be returning for a refund due to the product didn't work for me. They even told me where to return it. So then I paid for the shipping sent it back and never heard from them or received my refund. So a couple weeks later I sent a reply using that same email message we'd already messaged through prior, letting them know I had sent the package a couple weeks before when I said I would, with a screenshot of the shipping receipt attached, asking what was going on, that I hadn't heard back or received my refund yet. My receipt is attached to show when I returned it and it was within the 30 days. So I have not heard anything back from them at all and this all happened the end on February. I have tried at least the bear minimum once a month of emailing and callling and leaving voicemails. From March to June I callled and emailed at least once a week and no response ever. Not even by phone. They don't answer. A couple numbers that are listed for their company is an operator stating it's the wrong number. They also have a few email addresses, aside from the one that I've actually corresponded back and forth with someone in customer service in January and February, the rest come back as an error message stating address can't be found. However, this will now be the third complaint I have filed with BBB about it. It keeps be ik mg closed due to the business not responding that business. I'm going to try again because I paid $94 for this product then sent it back to them. So they not only got my money but the product to. I have other screenshots i just didn't add them all. Please let me know if you need them. Please I hope you can help me with this. Thank you so much.Initial Complaint

Their system for canceling your subscription is flawed. You cannot cancel using the instructions given. I created an account, logged in, and it said I cannot cancel it without contact customer care. When I go to the website for customer care, it asks me to login. I can't register or reset a password cuz it said to use my existing login. I try to use my existing login and it says I already have an account, despite being on the 'sign in' and not the 'register' page. You're stuck in an endless loop which seems like they purposely created so people cannot cancel. Don't be lured by the cheap initial subscription when you find out you can't cancel then you will regret ever signing up for it.Customer Answer

I received an email asking me to renew a subscription to vogue magazine. (Never signed up for it and never received an issue). I was unable to login online to inquire about this. I could not sign up because I apparently already had an account with my email but yet I also couldnt reset my password? I called customer service and was told my subscription was transferred from allure that was no longer in publication. I should have been refunded and my account should not have transferred without my consent. Allure was an auto renew that I didnt want anyways. I am sick of these magazine scams. They are taking advantage of people and they know it. My fault on the allure auto renewal but the fact that they were trying to scam me into a vogue subscription is beyond ridiculous. In fact they did scam me. I never got one magazine. I bet 90% of so-called magazine subscriptions are auto renew or scam offers.Initial Complaint

I have a charge of ***** taken from my account on ******, I reached out to Bon Appetit they were unable to help me and advised I call another number **************. I called this number and was advised they could not help me, I was then transferred to another individual who also said they do not have record of this transaction and there was nothing they can do for me. I asked for a supervisor and was advised they would be unable to help me, customer service rep refused to transfer me. As you can clearly see the charge is taken from my account clearly stating who charged the *****. I would appreciate a refund of this amount as I am not due for any charges. The customer service at ********************** is sub-par at best. Extremely Disappointed!!!Initial Complaint

I woke up this morning to a $35, unauthorized transaction to my checking account. I have never signed up for this magazine in the first place and do not understand how they even gained access to my account. I refuse to allow them to get away with accessing peoples personal banking information and simply reversing. I will be filing a lawsuit. There is zero authorized auto-renewal, or transaction with this company. I initially signed up for vogue magazine several years ago and just started receiving Cond Nast randomly but never requested or authorized.Customer Answer

My son gave me an online subscription to Epicurious in December, 2022. I have never been able to access the subscription and have spent a lot of time talking to customer service. I just want to access the subscription.
