              I sold my house to Truhold I paid my full year rent up front now I was short on my rent for March due to my car breaking down and had to use my rent money to fix my car. I contacted the home river group (the management company) for ******* and told them about my status but they never offered me any payment plan of remorse just you have to pay this amount to stay living there in that home.I feel like 600 dollars in late fees and lawyer fees in excessive not to mention that i have to pay for them to stop the eviction. Why do they do this i'm a single dad trying to make things right but i get letters all the time to leave the property but i paid my rent

              It is a scam. They undervalue your home and double rent you pay back. They scam everyone
