Aside from the bbb site being a hair pulling experience to navigate, my response to Truehold is this:This issue is not closed until at least 3 months have passed to be sure my info has been removed and no further ads come to my home. It is unreasonable for BBB to ask me to accept their comment until it is proven. Leave this case open until April 15, 2025. Then, if there has been no further contact, I will be happy to close it.

Got a letter from these predatory vultures of investors... The company made an offer to buy our home. We hesitantly accepted a value less than a recent appraisal we had done. Truehold required an inspection which we agreed to. That report was packed with downright lies. And picked apart things that were made when the house was built in 1956. For instance galvanized pipes and such! The house has faced commercial property for years, 60 actually, and that was another determining factor for them to re-do the offer for ****** less than we had agreed. There are many who have experienced this same treatment and we are all seniors. This should probably be a class action lawsuit.Business Response

I sold my house to Truhold I paid my full year rent up front now I was short on my rent for March due to my car breaking down and had to use my rent money to fix my car. I contacted the home river group (the management company) for ******* and told them about my status but they never offered me any payment plan of remorse just you have to pay this amount to stay living there in that home.I feel like 600 dollars in late fees and lawyer fees in excessive not to mention that i have to pay for them to stop the eviction.
