I think that Truehold scam me when that bought my house by sending a kid to check the house before that got it the kid put down that the air cond didn't work that the walls needed. Painted and other things that ment nothing the house was worth ******* but after. all said and done I received ****** after a new ac was put in after that bought the house they don't went to pay for it .Truehold

1 starDon't be a sucker! Don't you all realize that they're buying up the community and will own all of the housing options, thus driving housing prices higher, and rent prices higher? They can create an artificial supply shortage at any time, when they wish to sell for higher prices, simply by not renting out homes in an area. This model will destroy communities. Everything will be rented from corporate absentee landlords driven by profit and share price. Do not sell to these companies.Review fromJames r

5 starsHaving sold my mom's house about 1 year ago via the Truehold process I can say for my mom as well as our family that it was the best choice for **. The process went very easy and quickly. Like any home sale the price was adjusted to reflect deferred maintenance but not to the point where it as still advantageous to us. The primary goal was to unlocked the equity of her home which she has owned for ************************************** her home until she passes. Until Truehold the only options to access her home's value were debt programs that at 90+ years old was not a path that mom or our family was will to take. The details of a reverse mortgage clearly lacked any value to **. Due to ***" age a home equity loan was also off the table. In our case Truehold provided the best option to ** to move forward. We did our homework and were realistic in the value of ***'s home given the deferred maintenance issues of a 64 year old home and Truehold provided here a very fair offer. Each and every question we had were answered by a real person who we got return to each time, no "spinning of the wheel" and getting a different person. Their information and responses were ************* and timely. I strongly suggest them as one option for those in a similar situation. If any thing our choices were always make clear to us during the process and never were pressured to move forward without due consideration on our part. If you're an EDUCATED consumer and have other options - take it. After getting a ridiculously low-ball offer on my home, I got a reverse mortgage. RUN, don't walk, away from this predatory company.Truehold
