I have requested on numerous occasions for my email to be removed from subscription. I have not been able to reach the business by email (at least a dozen times, no response, nor have they removed my email from their list), phone (nobody answers, can't leave a message), and there is no physical address to send correspondence to. I have literally been attempting to get off of this list for over a year; that's all I actually want. I even got online and tried to do the chat feature and the feedback feature; neither of which pop up for use. Please help, and thanks so much!

I made a single purchase at merrell.com on May 17. I did not create a user account (checked out as guest). I started receiving marketing emails immediately. I followed the unsubscribe instructions in the email 5+ separate times. I continued to receive 1-3 marketing emails EVERY DAY. On May 23 I contacted the company's privacy team via the email address in their privacy policy. I have not received a response. I continue to receive 1-3 marketing emails per day from *******.

I have a pair of Wolverine boots that need to be repaired or replaced under the warranty. At time of purchase it was advertised as limited lifetime warranty. The boot has separated at the stitching which is a workmanship defect. The bolts have only been work in the wintertime to clear snow (less than 10 times at 2 hours each year) each year. The boots are in brand new condition other than the defect issue.

I returned part of an order of Sperry shoes in mid-November. Order #: ************ The package was received by them on November 28th. I received an email thereafter informing me my return would be processed within 7 days. At 8 days I did a chat with their customer service who told me it would be another day, and that he would forward my concerns to billing. The following day I called. After waiting on hold for 48 minutes, I was told that it would be one more day to process. Three more days have passed and I still have not received my refund. I am pretty tired of this company moving the goal post to avoid giving me my refund. To make matters worse, I ordered 7 other pairs of shoes from them, which I kept. This is how this abhorrently run company treats its customers, which is truly pathetic. Process the refund and stop lying to your customers.

On October 18 I placed an order for two kids boots, order *********** for the total of $60.60. I received the order on October 24. Since their website size chart is inaccurate boots came too big and I submitted a return request. Both boots I ordered were returned to Stride Rite on October 30. Today is November 28 and I still have not received the refund! On their website it says that it takes 2-3 weeks for your return to be delivered and processed. It has been a month and I haven't heard anything yet, neither got the money back!Return label with the tracking info is attached for the prove of delivery date.

I ordered 2 pair of sneakers on 7/24/23, one for $56.00, the other $37.46, plus tax. As partial payment for this purchase I used $25 in loyalty rewards, this was not a coupon or anything that wouldve been prorated between items. The company cancelled delivery of the 2nd pair (and never notified me by the way). They then refunded only $28.71, although they shouldve refunded $37.46 plus tax which I believe is $3.09. *** reached out to them via their online contact form twice but no one responds. The last time was August 10th. I want a refund for the rest of whats owed to me, which should be $11.84.

They have advertised prices on Amazon based on size and color. When I selected the item at $33.78, it changed to $37.09 in my cart. $4 isn't a big deal but this is theft by deception and not ok. We have only put our three children in Stride Rites and never seen or expected this business practice.

I purchased new sandals (originally $22) from StrideRite for and used rewards points (given by stride rite) to reduce the total cost to $17.94. These sandals were not on sale, but listed as new. Stride rite advertised on its site in multiple places that they offer free shipping and returns for loyalty members, which I am. Stride Rite also has a Final Sale policy, wherein Final Sale products cannot be returned if the product is under $20. However, this was not posted (or provided to me) prior to placing my order. Since the original shoe price was $22 prior to the use of a rewards discount, it was listed as a new product on stride rite.com, and there was a clear statement on the striderite.com website that rewards members have free returns, a reasonable consumer would believe these sandals could be returned. Upon receipt of the sandals, they were found to be too small. I placed two calls to stride rite customer service and was told the ********************** were final sale because the purchase price was under $20, due to the use of the rewards points. Stride Rites return policy, loyalty policy, and Final Sale policy do not state that the use of rewards points will make an order ineligible for return, if the total purchase price is reduced to $20 or less.
