I ordered Caresole knee braces. They state delivery within 7-10 days. They immediately charged my credit card. It has been 15 days and y have not received any response from them. I tried calling, it rings for 1 minute plus and then automatic hang up. I emailed them 2x with no response. After reading other complaints at this point I want a refund and shut down of there on line businessInitial Complaint

They took a month to deliver and then delivered the wrong thing. I emailed them many times, wrote them, called them many times but they just disconnect. I need the knee brace (for women) but they sent it for men which I cannot use. I will be glad to return the wrong merchandise if they provide me with the correct order or they can refund my monies. The disturbing thing is that this same man (Founder of Caresole - *************************) is now hawking a new product, which I am sure will not be handled correctly either. His new product is a pain reliever from some Native American plant. I appreciate your help and will try to attach a copy showing my payment. Thank You!Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 of the knee sleeves forI ordered 2 of the knee sleeves for $49.98 on May 16, 2024 and a third one for $19.95 on May 16, 2024. The two payments were deducted from my PayPal account that same day. It is now 10 days later and I have not received any order numbers and tracking information. Their website states they ship fast. I have read other reviews on this site and BBB and the majority that I have seen do not paint a very good picture of how this company does business. Order placed for Radiance One facial machine on Apr 23, 2024. Order # *****. Tracking Number: ****************** The Issue: Instructions were as if translated from another language. (Very unclear). I called customer support (5/5/24) and asked for either a "How to" video or any other more detailed instructions. I was afraid to use without clear instructions, They email me the same instructions that were provided in my box. I tried calling customer support numerous times, nobody answers. I sent another email on 5/8/24, asking again for instructions or I would need to return the item. No answer back. Again on 5/10/24, I asked for return address. No answer. I search and search the internet and finally found a return address. I mailed back everything as it was sent to me....days later it was returned back to me! Received order today from Caresole. However, I suspect this is fraudulent. This package was sent from: Online Seller Express ******************************** This order was not what I wanted. Inferior materials, cheaply made. I finally made contact by phone and was sent instructions on how to return product. Info said I had to return order to ***** and pay all shipping and handling. OR, I could keep product and get a 30% refund. I want my money back for a terrible product. I highly suspect this is some type of scam. If not, terrible business. 4/18/24 I saw an add for a Knee Brace on ******** stating they provide better support, more comfort and more flexibility then other braces.... so I purchased using my debit card (which has been charged and gone through then next day 4/18/24). When making my purchase I noted and took a screenshot of the 90 Days Guarantee and 30 day money back return Guarantee Send back for a full refund or replacement ,Less S&H. I have sent them 2 emails to ******************* stating I wanted to return my item as it does not fit. 1st email dated 5/2/24 and second email sent 5/9/24. I Have received No Response what so ever. Today I tried calling the support number ************** multiple times and it just rings and immediately transfers to a supposed customer service agent... Who NEVER answers it just rings and rings and then you hear a click and you are disconnected. I just want my money back for an Item I cannot use or exchange as I ordered the largest size an XL.Customer Answer

I ordered a second pair of Knee Braces by accident. I got through to whom I think is the owner whose voice is also on the voicemail. Asked to return the second pair before they were even shipped out and refund my money and he stated he would, and nothing happened. I did not even order these insoles and only found out when I received an email for payment. I tried to cancel right ASAP but they said that it was too late. I must of inadvertently clicked on something while scrolling that led to this but I believe that there ads are meant to trap users while scrolling and are hard to scroll past. Now I have to deal with returning them in hopes that I get a refund. There isn't even a record of the purchase. This "company" should be shut down! Total scam!!
