            I had signed about for Bespoke Post's subscription box in late 2024; right after which I ended up needing to have my gallbladder removed. During my recovery, I forgot about the subscription and ended up not skipping the box for January, 2025. I contacted their support via email and they were very understanding and quick to help resolve the issue. While I continue to recover, I placed my subscription on hold, but plan to come back after, as I greatly appreciate the way they handled this ordeal. Thank you, *** from Bespoke Post!!!!****

            I cant say enough good things about Bespoke Post. The items *** bought were outstanding and have had almost zero issues at all. On those rare occasions when there was an issue, the customer service couldnt have been better.

            Purchase was easy but Im still waiting on my money back after my return of the item.The credit back to my account is taking way too long despite Bespoke confirming the return and the credit amount.
