    Weight loss medication was sold with no explanation of full side effects. Upon receipt, paperwork esplaining all side effets are totally unacceptable - I do not want to die from taking medication.

    Very misleading! This was only a consulting fee which they are not refunding even though I am not enlisting their services after the misleading information!

    I subscribed to RO sending in my information and past prescription for *********** 2mg. Waited for the approval from a doctor to have it sent after they had me pay 50 for the membership and 145 for the medication trusting they would read my information and send the appropriate dose. Instead my information was disregarded and was approved at the start dose and still charged for this although stated I did not want to start any lower than I take currently. I've had no response to my requests to fix this immediately and feel they just did whatever they pleased and did not care or listen to me at all. I did not agree to pay for the .2mg dose when I'm taking 2mg a week now. This is horrible customer service and I feel ************************** and scammed at this point. No number to call and no reply ??

    I was advised that I would be receiving a scrip for compounded sema-g. The dose that I was actually sent was twice+ the dose/strength of what the provider initially told me I would be receiving. Why would I even consider working with this company if they cannot send me the correct dose? Taking too much of this medication initially could cause me significant side effects and also impact the effectiveness of the medication. I am very upset about this. Very unprofessional and dangerous. ******

This includes the monthly renewal of a GLP-1 prescription, unlimited messaging with a provider, and ongoing insurance support. "Immediately after being approved the changed the price to $249.Surely they know what they are doing after reading all the reviews. Please refund my money and cancel my subscription.     Company was misleading in there initial charge of $45. The language used in promotions and the website made it seem that the medication was included in the initial price and that after the initial month the monthly charge goes to $145. The customer doesn't seem to get any *************************** or service from this. The language is misleading again where it states that if you are not prescribed a medicine then the $45 is returned to the customer. Well i was not **************************** with a prescription only told that i am eligible for a prescribed medicine but it did not say which one. Misleading company, would like my initial $45 charge returned to me.

    I signed up for Ros *********** program under the impression that they would be able to deliver medications in a timely manner. I was assured via their chat service that my next order would ship by the 23rd of January so that I would receive it before I traveled for work for nearly three weeks. Ro was unable to keep that commitment. They advised I would need to restart the medication after returning from my trip. This will undo any progress made on the medication so far and I feel I did not receive the benefits of the program that I initially paid for. I would like the initial month of medication refunded to me, as I will need to start over with a new company once I return from my trip.

    I signed up for Ro and was told it was $199 for the first month and $249 after. I was so excited. Until I was charged $400 this month. This isnt what I agreed on. They are only refunding me $250. I want all of my money back.

    According to Ros terms of service, if a doctor does not prescribe medication during your consultation, you will receive a refund for your purchase price and will not be automatically enrolled in their membership program. I was not prescribed medication. I declined to pursue the program and canceled the same day. I was denied a refund.
