      They are very inconsiderate regarding refund for flights. They said flights was booked got to airline for flight they did not get tickets. Their customer service was closed till 8 am. Had to get the ticket directly from airline. After 6 hours worth of phone time refuse to refund return flight. Have no confidence in company. Also booked a rental car. Company had no record of reservation. The company is very inept. Dont use them

      It's an absolute scam. I've been chasing them for a COVID flight refund for 5 months. They always say they haven't been able to get in touch with the airline so my refund is stuck in the "in process" status. AVOID and save yourself $$$ and many hours on the phone.
