I signed up for NBC PeacockTV and experienced tremendous difficulty with the streaming platform. NBC PeacockTV unbelievably does not have a customer service phone number so I reached out to the company through their facebook page and was informed that all customer service was handled exclusively through electronic communications. On both August 30th and 31st, I requested a refund and that my account be cancelled. This request was acknowledged and ignored. On September 1st, my account was debited $5.34. Today, September 9th, that debit was changed to a credit in the same amount and my account is still active despite multiple requests that it be cancelled. I have made my bank aware of the issue and was assured that if another charge from NBC occurs, that the branch manager will be contacting their fraud department directly.Business response

We received communication from the Better Business Bureau regarding a complaint filed by the customer (ID #********).
Our Customer Care team investigated this matter and attempted to reach out to the customer via phone call and email on September 10. We apologized via email for any inconvenience they experienced while canceling their subscription, confirmed the cancelation was completed, and verified the refund had been successfully issued.
We were able to speak with the customer directly on September 20 via phone call. The customer confirmed that the situation was resolved to their satisfaction and that no further action was needed.
