    I ordered the pop on veneers and paid $500 for some plastic teeth that don't fit in my mouth right and I feel like I been robbed because I can't wear them. I looked online and lots of other people sell the same thing for less than $100. I need something to be done about this they are robbing people.

    Still havent received my set of tops. It said my plan was defaulted but I should still receive the tops that I paid for and did a few weekly payments for . When I receive my tops then Ill pay for the whole amount. But Im not going to get scammed .

    To continue with the production of your veneers, its important that your payment plan remains active and in good standing. After reviewing your account, we saw that you made your initial deposit of $99 on March 29, 2025, followed by a manual installment of $21.04 on April 10, 2025. This payment came after five failed attempts to collect your scheduled installment.


    On April 12, 2025, we notified you that your ********** payment plan had defaulted due to multiple failed payment attempts. At that point, your plan was automatically canceled by **********, as per their policy.


    Although you made a manual payment, your plan remained in default because it did not fulfill the required automatic installment setup. To move forward with your order, youll need to reopen your payment plan with a new $99 payment, which will be applied toward your total balance for the veneers.

    I ordered my pop on veneers, I am not satisfied esp after paying $500. The bottom pop on broke my tooth in half while I was trying to remove it out my mouth. Will be talking with my attorney to pursue legal action.

    Every remake is progressively made inferior and breaking within 30 days. Remake was offered and I submitted a form accepting the offer. The response was I didn't respond in the 30 day time-frame which doesn't make any sense. I made contact per email confirmation within the time frame and that is a timely report and claim. I received another email for another offer to remake which was also denied because it was not responded within the allowable time frame. Cheap remakes and the runaround makes this merchant untrustworthy, unethical and a fraud.

Per our Pop On Promise, we offer up to two remakes or a return for a partial refund within the 30-day warranty period. The 30 day warranty period restarts after you have received your first remake. The reason for our 30 day remake or return policy is because if you are experiencing fitting or cosmetic issues, that would be evident to our clients within the first 30 days. On your most recent order on 1/3/2025, you received your veneers on 1/17/2025. After you left a 1-star review on 1/20/2025 stating that the top arch didnt fit, we proactively reached out with a remake form, as you were still eligible for a remake at that time. However, we did not receive a response from you until 3/6/2025, which is 45 days later, exceeding the warranty period. We always strive to provide the best experience possible and regret that we couldnt assist further in this case.     I received my first kit and the putty was all black, I emailed customer service and they sent me another kit, had to wait to receive that. Second kit was mailed in. Veneers arrived, they did not fit at all. So tight on my teeth that they hurt to put on and were almost impossible to take off. Requested remake. The remake took forever to get to me. I cannot get the bottom teeth to click in without force and it hurts my gums. Teeth are so tight on the top it hurts. I do not want another remake, it is clear your company has no idea what they are doing and at this point, it seems like its just a money grab from an instagram ad. The product does not work, it does not fit.I want a full and complete refund. No exceptions. I will be filing a dispute with both the credit company and it needed my states attorney ***************.

    I ordered my impressions and received them in 2 days. I sent them back and its been over 2 weeks and I've heard nothing from them. no confirmation of ever receiving my impressions back. I keep having $29 taken out of my account weekly and I have not received anything back. I've called and emailed countless times and ***** will answer the phone or my emails.

    I went to pop in veneers in ******** because I had wanted to cover some broken teeth that I felt bad about. I paid close to 900 dollars and was excited to have a new smile. I had a neighbor that did not give me my mail right away and when I tried the pop in veneers. They did not fit right. I dont like to ever complain. But they looked so unnatural like one piece of plastic connected with no natural desperation of teeth. I wanted. ******. I did miss the return period by a week. But felt they could still have issued a refund. Because this is just a terrible product. If there is any way to receive some sort of a refund I would be grateful. It just looks like one connected mold with no indentations looking like teeth it looks like. A piece a boxer puts in their mouth not something you would pay close to 900 for. Any help is greatly appreciated. I just truly felt that if it was one week passed the return deadline and someone was very unhappy why not give some sort of a refund

    Biggest rip off around!!! They didn't fit. Cut my gums. Then when I canceled they claimed I owed them money and would get no refund. They claimed in the email that shipping for the product was $105. I kept every email they sent if anyone wanted to see it. I took it to the post office and to ship it would have been less than $6. Even if I put insurance on it the shipping would be less than $10. This company is horrible do not get anything from them. The product came quick but they didn't fit correct and cut my gums. They also looked just like the $5 set that I bought. The $5 set fit perfect and didn't cut my gums though. Oh and after canceling the thing they tried to charge me and send me various emails harassing me saying they woukd turn me over for collections. I sent them and email saying that I would turn them over to the Better Business Bureau for them being a scam. Got an apology email then saying that my order had been canceled and wouldn't hear from them again. But I still get emails asking me to review them. But if you put a bad review up they block you and do everything they can to make sure no one sees it. This occurred between November 2nd and December 5th. I paid a total of ******. They $105 was the return of the veneers. I'm guessing it was fir the shipping because it says that what it cost me to return them.

     The material that these things are made out of is cheap and the $5 veneers I bought feel and look the same as the ones you sent me.  I even asked a friend to tell me the difference between the two without letting them know which set was made by you. They couldn't tell the difference so your full of it if you're claiming the material is of any kind of better quality.  They will break easily which I found out from another person who tried them.  So they are not worth what you charged me.  They're cheap!

    after watching a 20 minute of pop on veneers, which were supposed to help cover missing teeth, if watch their video they guarantee . Most Teeth are candidates.I bought the with hopes they could fill a missing tooth on the top And I was Under the impression it would give me some sort of fitting for back teeth.Honestly I was in a motor vehicle accident 2 months prior to my sons death.After calling them and watching their educational videos I thought this was an answer to my prayers.. At least get me through my daughter wedding, but reviews and a visit to my dentist I am told they will not give me back teeth as their video seemed to show.Anyhow I ended up canceling the order on Nov 7.. The day after receiving their kit.We are now at Dec 14 and im getting the runaround..1st advertisement states no problem return in 30 days 2. Im then never given the address of where to send product. The only address I had was for completed products.3. Im then told via email there is a 4 return fee charge 4. Mind you they continue to my $29.72 weekly 5. At least 6 correspondence. back and forth and Im told its a ***** return 6. They have returned a total of $69.74 7. I have paid them $247 8. They have their kit back **** hoping I be able to send pictures over to you
