  I'm wrote to the *** to report Phytage Labs' deceptive marketing techniques and promoting their product through 3-party email campaigns through publishers who I never opted-in to receive emails from. I'm sick of spam filling my inbox and they themself are the source. The general public need to be aware of their deception, and most importantly, report it!

  They had a 90 day guarantee, if you were not satisfied they would refund the amount of purchase. The price I paid was $213.79. About 1/2 thru using their product , my wife, and I, had lost no weight. They gave $80.00 back to my credit card. I just called them this morning for the rest of my purchase price balance of $133.79. They told me we had to return the empty bottles for the full refund. Once the bottles were empty we threw them out. They gave us $50.00 today, and said we didnt have send the last opened bottle back. We didnt think that was fair. Their guarantee was if we were not satisfied they would reimburse us for the money we had spent.

  The fact that this company "****************" and "HearingHealthNow" is not BBB Accredited is a sign not to trust this company. I used the Tinnitus 911 pills and the pills did not help. Zero stars.

  I ordered 4 bottles of lepticell (for weight loss). They made it sound fantastic. I started taking it as directed and 6 weeks in absolutely not one pound had budged. I eat clean, exercise and do almost everything right when it comes to health. I called to return the product and the rep said I needed to keep it and keep taking it as it sometimes has to build up in your system to work. They extended my trial period. It still didn't work and so I called to return it. They still stalled me again so I finally called 2 days before it had to be postmarked in order to receive a refund. The rep tried to get me to keep it for a reduced amount so I didn't have to go to the hassle and cost of returning it. I suggested that someone would either have to be brain dead or really lazy to keep a product that didn't work and accept half the refund amount for the mere want of a trip to the post office and 6.95 in return postage. He gave me the return information I needed and I headed to the post office. It arrived to their warehouse in 2 days (tracking numbers are wonderful). 9 days later I called the company about my refund. The rep processed it immediately upon receiving the tracking number from me. Now mind you, they had the product for 9 days and chose not to activate the refund until I called to follow up. They also said that the product came with a $100 refund above the purchase price if it didn't work. That is a lie. I asked about it and got some runaround about having to "qualify" for that perk. None of the "qualifying was mentioned in the marketing piece! I then looked up reviews on Phytage and had my eyes opened! This company did everything to me that others accused them of. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. Based on my experience, they lack integrity, honesty and good business practices. They will be easy to cross of my list!! And I would leave 0 stars if possible.******************

  Got a surprise "re order" and product shipped. CC billed $116 and there is no apparent way to cancel out of that deal. Most reviews show NO results as advertised.This is another "cure" SCAM that costs hundreds of $ before no real "cure" is evident.I would give it ZERO stars.

  I am on my fifth bottle of Tinnitus 911. I have taken as directed, take one capsule twice daily. Ringing in my ears is definitely NOT any better. Sometimes worse. I kept taking it thinking maybe it would get better, but no improvement.

  I ordered MycoSoothe. It was supposed to be a powerful antifungal for nails. It said it needed to be taken for 90 days because it needs to build up in your body, but their ad testimonials said they felt a difference in 2 days and toenails were normal in just a few weeks. My big toenail was still black and blue after 4 weeks, so since I had an appointment with my PCP, I took one bottle with me. I was there to see the doctor because for the past few weeks I kept having diarrhea. He told me to stop taking the MycoSoothe. The next day I didn't take it and my gut was back to normal that evening. Also, he told me not to wear such high *****. My tippy toes were being shoved forward in the shoes. It was blood under the nail, not fungus. When I googled Toe nail is black and blue, Phytage Labs started Emailing me ads. Their videos encourage you not to seek medical advice. They don't give anyone their money back. One star because I can't give it zero stars and leave a review.

  CAUTION, CAUTION If you order Be Careful as many ******* will continue on your computer screen trying to add to your order, If you don't click on No thank You on any of these addons they will add that on your order automatically which will add hundreds of dollars to your order. I know they did it to me, luckly I saw it in time and had to contact them to cancel the order that they added even though I clicked out of all of them I thought but maybe I missed one of them.. It is a way that deceive you without you knowing and adding extra to your order which is Illegal. I am planning on making contact to the BBB on them
