  I ordered the face cream, tied it and didn't like it. I emailed the company and canceled. The next month they sent another order. I told them to cancel it AGAIN. If this continues I will have to cancel my credit card and report them for credit card fraud.

  I purchased their Bladder Relief 911, and it did nothing for bladder control. To get a credit, I had to return the ***** bottles, which cost over $5.00 because they needed a tracking number to track the return and credit my account. Their "scientific research" is bogus research, which they claim just to sell the product. This is a scam, and I would advise anyone to stay away from them.

  Bladder Relief 911 has been one of our best selling supplements, and continues to be, as we have many customers who are happy with its benefits to them. We're sorry that the supplement did not work for this particular customer. 
  
  The customer made their purchase on 5/30/23 which comes with a full 90 days money back guarantee. 
  
  As per our Terms of Service, we do in fact provide an extra window of opportunity for customers to request an RMA and return orders - within the 90 day guarantee - as long as they arrive with us and the accompanying RMA up to day 97 after delivery.
  
  We go even further to ensure that customers receive their refund as soon as possible, before we have even received their return, by asking that they provide us with the return tracking so that we can immediately issue the refund. We are sorry if there was any confusion around this, our intention was simply to ensure a full refund is honored before we even receive the return back.
  
  We processed a full refund for the customer on 8/25/23 -  the same day that they contacted us - before even receiving the return tracking information. This is a testament of our striving to go above and beyond and keep our promises. We are certainly not a scam and are sorry if the customer has had bad experiences in the past, but we are a genuine customer-focused company.

We are very transparent about our research and publish this in detail with links to the specific research papers in the **************************** about ingredients that we use. There is no one supplement that works for all people though.

  I ORDERED 6 MONTHS SUPPLY OF BLOOD PRESSURE 911 IT DOES NOT WORK-DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT THINKING ALL THE LIES THE REVIEWS TELL YOU ARE BY THOSE WHO WERE PAID TO REVIEW LIES.AT THE **** I ORDERED THEY SAID IT HAD A FULL MONEY BACK BUT THEY DO NOT HONOR THAT--MORE LIES.I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID IT IS ONLY A 3 MONTHS MONEY BACK--AND THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR A VERY LONG **** AND NEVER CAME BACK BAD BIZ WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS SOME ***** GUY THAT IS AGAIN A BIG IE HE NEVER GOT ANY ONE IT JUST LEFT ME ON HOLD.   I purchased their Tinnitus *********************************************************************** I was dumb enough to talk to them and even dumber for buying. They have high pressure quick talking sales people who are doing an upsell for everything. I didn't start using the product for a while and am well past my refund date. THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK! Don't deal with them. If they call, hang up. I wish I did. I would love to get a refund but these companies will always have a reason not to do this. So sorry I even started with them.

We're sorry the supplement did not work for this particular customer. The customer made their purchase on 5/25/22 which comes with a 90 day guarantee. It is now 10 months later and the customer has not contacted us to obtain a refund during the guarantee period.As per our Terms of Service, we do offer an extra window of opportunity for customers to request an RMA and return orders - within the 90 day guarantee - as long as they arrive with us and the accompanying RMA up to day 97 after delivery. Unfortunately, the customers Money Back Guarantee had expired well outside this window. While we empathize with the fact this did not work for the customer, unfortunately we cannot honor such requests outside of the indicated guarantee period. We certainly do stand behind our products, which are in fact backed by scientific research. Research has found that a variety of herbs and other all natural ingredients, such as those contained in Tinnitus 911, have helped many people reduce, if not eliminate, tinnitus symptoms.   I ordered the bladder control 911 product. First I got diarrhea , and then in a few days my body adjusted and I was okay. The capsules are large and I had trouble swallowing them, but I persisted because I really wanted this to work. It did not. I saw no improvement. When I called to ask about where to send the product back for a refund they would not email me a label and said I had to go to the post office and get a tracking number. I did. The return postage was $11.99. Had I purchased from ****** I would have had free returns! I would advise people to stay away from this company. Had I done my due diligence and seen all the negative feedback I would never have ordered in the first place!!!

  I have used the 911 product for 3 months and have started the 4th month with the free bottle. I have had no noticeable improvements and started trying to contact the company at the 3 month ***** The phone number canner be reached and I have not gotten any return email responses.

  Using spam methods to solicit traffic to their website. Massive amounts of spam they claim is not theirs, yet the traffic directs to their site? Avoid - as this is the technique of true scammers.

  Terrible product did not work for me at all and hurt my stomach daily also read fine print they sent me 4 bottles I did all of them faithfully as directed not realizing I was to request refund before 97 days Do not try this product it is nothing but a scam pass along to anyone you know
