      I placed an order from Fashion to Figure the last week of October. The two items I ordered were too large for me so I returned the items in November. I have received confirmation and proof from *** that my returned items were received by Fashion to Figure but the company has yet to give me a refund or acknowledge theyve received my items. Ive called and their phone has been out of service. I sent multiple emails that have went unanswered. I feel scammed! I spent over $100 and have nothing from Fashion to Figure.

      Placed an online order on November 11 2022. It is currently December 5 2022 and there are no updates to the shipping status. On the website the shipping method that I selected was economic shipping which is supposed to deliver within 7 to 9 business days from the order date. I contacted the company last week to inquire if my package was going to be delivered soon they stated that I would be receiving it on December 1 at the latest. I still havent received my package and it is December 5, 2022. When I contacted the customer service agent again today they stated that I could not get a refund or cancel the order since it had been placed. However they suggested that I could initiate a return once the order was placed. I read the terms and conditions on their website and it does not say anything about them not fulfilling your order in respectable timeframe that they advertise on their website. My order number is ******. The manager ******* is supposed to call me but I have not received a call yet.I do not believe this is how business should be conducted.Since they were not able to fulfill my order in the timeframe that they advertised I believe I should be refunded.

      orderd a dress for an event, and paid rush shipping to have it on time. its been 4 days and my order has not been processed or shipped. I don't have anything for my event, and its too late to order anything else. Now I'm having to try to shop around elsewhere, spending more money, and couldn't even get them to let me overnight it or cancel or anything. plus agents were condescending.

      I placed internet order#****** on 11/11/22 for one FTF Half Zip Romper in size 0. The listed price was $59.95 but item was 50% off and I paid $29.97. I chose standard shipping (3 to 4 business days) for $6.99.Estimated taxes were $2.59.My total should have been: $39.55 A copy of my actual charges are attached to this complaint. I was charged $44.96 instead of $29.97 for the romper. I was charged $3.64 for taxes instead of $2.59.I was charged $6.99 for shipping. Total order: $55.59 which is $16.04 more than what I should have paid.My order should have been delivered between 11/17/22 and 11/18/22. But the status on the website remains as unfulfilled. The money was deducted from my account on 11/11/22. I sent An email inquiry to ********************************** on 11/19/22 at 6:20am to check the status of my order but have not received a response to date.11/29/22 at 2:30pm called customer service at ************ and spoke to ***. He says my order was delayed due to the warehouse backlog and should be delivered by this weekend. He said I was charged the wrong amount and he put a note on my account to reflect the error and for me to call back once I receive the item and request the overpayment be refunded.Its now 11 business days since my order was processed and the company received my payment. They made no effort to inform me that there was a warehouse backlog and didnt answer my initial request for shipment status. And the explanation for the over charge makes no sense. Nor does me having to call back to get the payment adjusted. I dont believe that I will receive my order and have lost all faith in this company. I wish I had viewed their BBB history before ordering because I see Im one of many dissatisfied customers.

      I returned all merchandise and have never received my refund from this company. Please review attachment showing merchandise was received back and processed, but refund was never returned back to me.

      Order # *********** was placed on 10/6/22 at *******************. However, the company did not make any attempt to ship my item until the day I emailed them, 10/11/22, asking about the cause of shipment delay. Once the item was shipped, my ETA was 10/14/22. I received tracking # **************************. When I went to track my item, the **** site says the item was sent to the wrong address "because of forwarding instructions or because the address and zip code on the label was incorrect". Since, I don't have any forwarding service, I contacted Fashion to Figure (FTF), via e-mail, to see what address my package was sent to. I received an e-mail from a customer service rep., writing my name incorrectly, referencing an entirely different order #, stating I was issued some form of a refund. This person clearly did not read my email, in part or its entirety. I have not received a refund, as I just wrote to find out where my package was sent (what wrong address did they use) and why. I don't have any mail forwarding or alternate address that I've provided to this company. However, the cust serv rep gave me ridiculously inaccurate information, clearly concerning a different person's order. I want to know where my package is. If it is lost, or they're unable to locate it, I am demanding a complete refund!

      I made a purchase with Fashion to Figure on 9/6/22 and I returned the item and they received it on 9/16/22 at 11:00 am. I have contacted the company several times in reference to my refund. Every time I contact the company, I keep hearing the same thing. It takes up to 7 business days, plus 3 additional days. I was informed by a Supervisor October 11, 2022, that she would review my record and contact me back within 24 hours. I call the company this evening to see what is the status of my refund. The **************** Representative told me again that it takes up to 15 business days to receive my refund. October 15th will make an entire month. I want to take actions since I am keep getting the run around with my refund.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      [I have yet to receive my refund from Fashion To Figure and I have contacted them several times after I filed the complaint to see if they have mailed the refund and I am told that it has been forwarded to the upper ***************** to be review.  This was on yesterday, November 4th, November 3rd, and October 24, 2022.  I keep getting the same answer, no one can tell me when I am going to get me refund.   I am now requesting and additional $5 for each day from September 30, ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************  This is consider stealing from me and they offering me a 30% coupon would make me happy or continue to make a purchase with them and I can't even get back what belongs to me.  I don't care about a coupon, I want my money back.

      Refund not received and it has been 5 months. Today is October 8, 2022 I purchased 4 items from Fashion 2 Figure on June 8, 2022 in the amount of $154.41 I returned 2 items on June 23 with a refund of $75. *** damaged the package in transit. Tracking number: ****************** I called and emailed Fashion to Figure who complied and said that they would issue the refund. Nothing happened for 2 months. I contacted them again and they said to reach out to my financial institution. I contacted Affirm who I used for the purchase. Affirm has my account on hold because of this transaction and is not helping me at all. I filed a BBB complaint against Affirm for ignoring me. ISSUE REFUND ASAP! Below is one of the correspondences with Fashion 2 Figure. They keep Gaslighting Me! The last email was from them on September 23, 2022 and I still do not have the refund. No worries, you have my full assistance to make this right.?I carefully checked your order and our tracking shows the following: 06/17/2022 at 6:59 PM? ********, **, ************* Damage Reported Your returned item is ****************** Blazer $47.67 and *********************** O-ringcutout Dress $29.66 . And $6.95 return shipping will be deducted, so your total refund is $70.38. ? The refund process it typically takes 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed back in the original payment method you used when the order was placed. Then, it takes 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement.?Please let me know if you have any other questions.       This company is a fraud its ridiculous that dealing with their customer service department customers get the run around. Their customer service department is out sourced which leaves their customers at a horrible disadvantage. I ordered items over a month ago. To finally be told today that my order was cancelled. I never received any notification or nothing. I was refused by their staff to speak with a supervisor everytime I called. I was lied to saying my account was being documented when it wasnt . If this the type of company and service they run. They honestly need to be put out of business

      Upon investigating the account, we saw that the item were canceled because they were out of stock. Customer contacted us multiple times and we were able to educate her about the reason why we canceled her order. We also educated her that we are sending out an email to our customer if their order will be canceled so that they will be notified. Her last conversation with us was on September 9, 2022. We informed her that she was not charge on the canceled items and set her the correct expectations. We did not heard anything back from the customer after.

      I placed one order on July 7th (order #***********) that included three items. The items from this single order were all shipped out separately. I returned the denim dress as it was the first item I received and I received a refund in the amount of $36.21. The other two items were also delivered and required returning. My initial call was to ask if the remaining two items could be sent back to them in one package as they were going to deduct $6.95 for each of the remaining return and the items all going back to same place. I was told they needed to be sent separately but once they received them they would reimburse me for two of the $6.95 shipping cost for the ***** Knit Harem Pants and ***** Knit Tube Top. I contacted them once the returns were verified returned via *** tracking #****************** and ******************. I have made numerous calls and been put on hold for long periods of time trying to get the remainder of my refund for the returned items. I am seeking a refund for the remainder of the total for the items shown on this invoice. Please assist as the company is not refunding me the remainder of my money and claims I have no order with them.
