      I placed an order with 7 items (order #******) and returned 6 items but only received a refund for 3 items. So they kept the items and also charged me for clothes I no longer possess. I have tried numerous times to contact via email and phone calls to get an update about the refund and now I am being ignored. They are literally stealing from me and I just want my complete refund, since I returned everything else. The email chain is attached.

       They contacted me directly 11 days ago and I am still waiting for an update and resolution. Below is their latest email response.

      I placed an order on 1/21/2024 and paid extra for it to be shipped standard delivery instead of economic which means it should have been shipped within 4 to 6 business days. My order still has not shipped. I have called the number MULTIPLE times no answer, I have sent NUMEROUS emails no response. I need my merchandise or a refund immediately. It is such a shame that a business you choose to spend your hard earned money with has zero customer service and no updates on orders placed.

      I purchased clothing items on December 26, 2024. I sent back and returned 1 item totaling $29.99 on 1/10/24. According to tracking# the company received on 1/12/24. I emailed FTF several times and did get a reply stating the item was received and allow 7-10 business days . Still waiting on my refund . The company does not answer phone calls and stop answering my many emails sent. It is now 2/6/24 and still no refund.

      I purchased some clothes Black Friday Nov 24. Only to receive double the intended items and I was charged for both. I returned the duplicate that worths $95. I got a letter states they can only refund me $20.03. Because all sales are finals. They kept the items and if they do not accept return why do I get $20.03 ? Why did I not get the items back. I called email send us mail. All of my efforts prove abortive. Please help me get this resolve *****************************

      11/22/23 I made an online purchase #****** totaling $217.38. On 12/4 I received an email with a *** tracking number (******************). The info stated that a "label was created and *** was awaiting the package". On 12/13 I emailed ******************************* and was advised that the package was on its way, although the *** website continued reading the same status. I have over 20 correspondence with *****, ****, *****, *****. Most of their responses instructed me to file a claim with ***. However, when I called ***, they told me that since they never had possession of the package, a claim number could not be provided. On 1/22 ***** advised that a refund would be provided, yet when I emailed on 2/2 requesting status of said refund, no one replied. The payments were made thru Afterpay. I made the initial payment and the week after paid off the entire balance. I sent them an email to dispute the charge but have yet to hear from them. It is unfair that as a consumer I trusted and relied on a service and have been getting a run around when all the proof is on the *** website in black & white; just try tracking it!

      I contacted After Pay, which I used as a form of payment for my order. They issed a full refund after trying to reach out to Fashion to Figure at no avail.

      The night I placed my order, I made the first of four payments to AfterPay. The second payment I made was for the remaining balance.

      I purchased two items from this company during the month of November. I noticed my items werent received, so pulled the tracking number and noticed it was still in transit per ***** I notified the company that the items purchased 4-5 weeks ago havent been received with a copy of the **** tracking details. The company advised that I submit an investigation with **** and provide them the confirmation details. I followed their instructions within 24hours and provided copies of everything requested. I sent the company about 4-5 emails seeking a status of my refund request and they have been unresponsive. I shouldnt have to wait 2 months for items ordered. I would appreciate a refund and response from this company. Ive ordered a lot from this company and would expect better customer service.

      I originally placed my order on October 22, 2023 in the amount of $301.59 for clothing items for an upcoming trip. The *** tracking stated the package was damaged with items removed thus I never received my order. I immediately reached out to Fashion to Figure (F2F) customer service via e-mail regarding this report. A claim was filed with *** and they provided a claim number which was also given to F2F. *** representative, ****, advised that all of my correspondence be communicated with the shipper, F2F. Since then I have left voicemails and sent numerous e-mails requesting a refund since I never received my order. They do not return phone calls. I have email correspondence with *****, *******, ****** and *** from F2F. Some of the email responses requested additional infoall of which I provided. I was also told (at least 3 times) that someone would be reaching back out to me via phone but they never did. I managed to get a phone number for New York and Company (owns F2F?) from one of their representatives and spoke with two different customer service agents (**** in mid December and ****** on Jan 2) who both assured me Id be receiving my refund in 10 business days. I was also told theyd be reaching back out to me in 2-3 days for a follow up but I never heard back. Its been almost 3 months and I still have not gotten a refundonly runarounds at this point. I do 90% of my shopping online and have done so for years, yet never dealt with such an issue. Unfortunately, I paid via Apple Pay (like cash) otherwise I would have disputed it with my credit card. Can you please help with resolution of this matter? This is awful. I have attached screenshots of my confirmation email, *** tracking and some of the early emails. Thank you for your time.

      I am subscribed to their monthly subscription service and have been trying to cancel for months. I have tried the website, email, phone, direct messages on Instagram and nothing has worked. The links on the website do not work. The phone numbers are not in service. Even the link on the website to skip a month in the subscription does not work so I can at least skip while attempting to resolve this issue. Nothing seems to work and I need help.

      I have contacted this company 30 times between email, calls and no one has refunded me my money. I have email threads attached along with **** tracking info. The boots I returned on 11.8.2023 was recieved by their warehouse on 11.16.2023 and I still never received my refund. These people are crooks. Please help me get Mt refund back Thank you

      Fashion to Figure provides poor customer service. They have policies for shipping however they do not abide by them. There is a 24 hour notification of shipping policy that they do not follow. Additionally, when you contact customer service you cannot get a live person. The contact email that sends the order confirmation and states to reply to email with shipping questions bounces back. Its not until you call, sit on hold for hours only to be automated offered to leave a message with your email address is when someone emails you from a valid email address. There is no policy on the website about refunds should you have issues with not receiving your items. There is no clarity from the customer service reps regarding shipping other than theyre delayed and you will receive shipping info within their window. The window is 24 hrs per the website but I have yet to receive updated shipping info or anticipated delivery window that aligns with the shipping I paid for on an order that was placed on 12/29/23. Well beyond 24hrs for shipping notification.
