wish i could rate Zero stars. Long story short they made me wait 4 hours to get picked up in FULTON where they are located and the manager lied about coming out to get me. No one should have to wait 4 hours on a sunny day in July! ridiculous! Thanks for nothing Anthony I was broke down at the DMV in Fulton ny. I called at 1pm to start my roadside assistance claim with AAA. Waited an hour before calling. Around 2:15 I called and they told me I was next in line to get picked up and they told me Customs towing and recovery would be picking up me and truck. At 2:45 I called back and AAA called the dispatcher (customs towing) apparently customs told AAA that the manager “Anthony” would be coming to get me himself. 3:30pm no one has showed up. Looked up customs towing and recovery on the internet to find they are under a different name “shameless towing and recovery” they should be ashamed of themselves. They didn’t arrive till 4:58pm and the driver wasn’t the manger Anthony! What liars!Review from Todd S

Shameless towing is a terrible towing company. Make you wait a week then blow you off like your just a useless ****** ****** ********* ****. Like what? I'm a white guy!!! Lol. They are just a waste of time.
