We purchased a vehicle in January. Was made to purchase a warranty with the vehicle. Was back in the shop in March for faulty brakes. Was told they greased the caliper and put new pads on and to call them if I hear grinding or anything. Called today and was told brakes werent under warranty. Calipers are covered as we looked at the paperwork and they knew my caliper was bad as mentioned prior. After I said a few choice words we were told not to come there anymore. So now they won't rectify a problem that the vehicle was already in the shop for. Nor will they honor a warranty that was made to be sold to me to purchase the vehicle. This is a total scam and the company needs to be held accountable. I will give it a few days then will be contacting my lawyer. Regardless how I acted as an upset customer. The way I was spoken towards was appalling and unprofessional.

We handled all of our stuff with Adam (who is the owner?) He was easy to work with until after we had drove off their lot. heard a noise on way home but thought maybe it was just a stone falling out of the new tires so we continued on our way home. We made our way to our friends house to pick up our second vehicle and just before we got to their house we had stopped at a stop sign heard a loud clinking noise and we had lost our brakes apon pulling it into our friends garage to take a look to see what happen it turned out we had LOST ALL THE BOLTS TO THE BRAKE PADS AND THEY JUST FELL OFF! We contacted Adam. He had asked what he could do to help us out. He agreed to pay for the purchase and the time of replacing the part. We just had to send a picture of the receipt. Which we did along with the part on the vehicle.few weeks in to having the car we still hadn't heard or seen anything in the mail regarding this reimbursement my fiance contacted him him he said he had been really busy he would get it out that Thursday. Well going on just over a month of having the car....we started having a strange smell like a week prior and thought it was just the catalytic converter. My car started make a ticking noise and running sluggish so my fiance had me pop the hood and he checked the oil….well not to my surprise…NO OIL WAS SHOWING ON THE DIP STICK! an oil change was "done" prior to our purchase and we're not due for an oil change for another 4,000 miles according to the sticker in the windshield. It took 3 quarts of oil to at least show on the dipstick. We contacted Adam again on this issue and we have not heard back. We are not looking to get anything for the oil we were just letting him know about the service their mechanics are giving. he has not contacted us about our reimbursement. We have sent multiple messages and have called their office. We either get no response or another person says they will have him contact us when he is in… still nothing from them
