1 starI tried to get a cash advance from PROBATE ADVANCE and was shut down before they even took any information solely off the fact as I didn't have an attorney. The other companies did not require this and at the least took a look at the case. I would take your business else where if you are considering using this one.Review fromJohn S

I was the personal representative of my mothers estate. She owned a property in *************, ***, She owed no money on the house. The probate attorney I hired told me that if I didnt sell the property to his colleague, he would quit. He quit and I sold it for over one million dollars to someone that wasnt going to rip me off. So I had to hire another attorney. Probate Advance agreed to give me 50k for 90k. What they did was give me ****** and I would get the remaining ****** once I had another attorney. Then I discovered the attorneys all wanted 50k up front and I couldnt hire an attorney and I was removed as administrator because I didnt have an attorney and I didnt get the remaining ******. I had no idea that they knew I would need 50k. I have a higher rate to pay back then everybody else. That is discrimination. Probate attorneys are compensated thru the assignment. They inform of the value of an estate and control how long the case will take. And they use ****************** to hold the Estate Account. It is a Japanese owned bank. This is theft. No oversight thats why its not considered a loan. Its run by crooked lawyers. Go to a ****************** and try to open an estate account without an attorney. It wont happen.Probate Advance LLC

Probate Advance denies statements in Mr. ******** review and any wrongdoing. A portion of the funding provided to him was contingent upon him hiring an attorney as personal representative of the estate. Probate Advance would not have provided this funding to Mr. ******* if we did not think he could hire an attorney. Mr. ******* has provided no basis for his allegation of discrimination, which Probate Advance further denies. This company has designed its marketing letter to be as deceptive as possible. Its external appearance -- the block caps text warning of a fine or imprisonment, etc. -- is clearly intended to fool the recipient into believing that the sender is a government entity. In reality it's just a sleazy company using unsolicited advertising mailers to hawk its product.Probate Advance LLC

These people are VULTURES! For FIVE years now they have consistently tried to make a profit off my brother's death and have ignored ALL responses to take me off of their mailing and emailing lists, effectively solidifying their place in judgement hell: they are VULTURES. Probate Advance relies on public probate documents to reach consumers, and its customers are never under any duress to do business with Probate Advance. I have been receiving mail from this company at least weekly, since February 2024. It's now July 2024.My father passed and there was no probate. I've received my inheritance. I've called several times and emailed them, asking to be taken off their mailing list. I'm told they see I'm on the do not mail list and they'll stop sending letters, but it doesn't stop.It's like a kick in the gut every time I receive one of these letters. How does the BBB give these predators an A+ rating???This company charges high fees to those who do use their services. Why can't this predatory company be shut down? They're making a profit off of people who are grieving and will NOT stop sending letters, no matter how many times you ask them to cease and desist!Probate Advance LLC

We have been getting unwanted mail from this company for months. I just sent my second email to have us removed from their mailing list. On one day, we received FOUR pieces of mail from this ignorant company. They are claiming that our inheritance money is held up in probate. Clearly, they have NO CLUE what they are talking about. The property is NOT in probate. In fact, the property has SOLD & CLOSED months ago & we received our inheritance money months ago. What a waste of paper!!Probate Advance LLC
