Very disappointed... I ordered the item in plenty of time for a. vacation and it didn't come until 10 days into said vacation so I was therefore not able to bring it... I want a refund including shipping and they continue to try to bargain with me staying they'll credit $8 and the $12! I want a complete refund and return label and they are slacking! and there is NO phone number!Review from Evelyn H

Horrible company!! I ordered three dresses for $147 approx. I needed to return two dresses and they said it was too expensive to ship to the receiving **** as it is *****!! They only credited me $35 for the two dresses and I was to "keep" the merchandise. Why would I want to keep something that I wanted to return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!Review from Laura C

Don't order from them. Bought 3 items over $100 total sale. Items not true to size. Small. Cheaply made. Cheap material. Took 2 weeks to receive. ******** ad & website say: Free Shipping over $79!Delivery Time: 7-10 Days ?30-Day ********************Back Guarantee!?Q&A 1.Where are these made and shipped from?Our products are all made in **************, ***, and we have warehouses in the ****/CAN/****/***. Your items will be delivered from the warehouse which close to you for faster delivery.I thought this was a *** company but it is based in *********.Tried to get refund. Sent email to the customer ************** bluntly said they only refund for "performance issues" (defects). I have since read multiple reviews here & other sites and most are bad saying same thing. NO refunds. Would not recommend this company & since doing a little research I find there are numerous websites using different names but selling identical clothing. Very unprofessional - Agree with others - over a month for items and I don't even know if they are going to work for me. Can't talk to anyone strictly emails which are useless. I agree with others - wish I had read the comments first. Would never have ordered.Review from Angie N

I wanted to leave NO STARS... not a choice. I consider myself lucky in that my credit card company recognized this was NOT a real website and declined payment. From this moment forward I will be checking with BBB before purchasing ANY online garments.Review from Pat H

Cannot return an item and there is no path to getting information. Their parent company is not helpful either. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ONLINE STORE. The item I received had such strong chemical smell it cannot be worn. FRAUD.Review from Jill D

Horrible quality, horrible customer service. They didn't even answer my email for 4 weeks & offered me $6 for a $50 item. Still haven't heard back & I'm about ready to give the outfit to goodwill. What a scam!
