The way this gym is run is so predatory and disgusting it should be a crime. The only thing they dont charge a fee for is breathing.

They took my 333 dollars and never got a class I voided thier contract

Club Pilates *********** said if we signed up TODAY (back in November 2023) that there would be a discount ($29 reg fee instead of $99; unlimited session $186 instead of $229). Foolishly, as in this part is my fault, I did not read the contract that was on a tablet, especially since they just scroll down for you and say "sign here". I signed! I was interested in taking classes because of the exact thing they were taking advantage of - being overwhelmed and needing to to chill out so I could focus. Well, they charged me $229/every month, even though for some reason, they did stick to the $29 reg fee. When I realized this, I immediately sent a picture in of the informational sheet with the original prices crossed out, and lower handwritten prices next to them, expressed my frustration, and said, please refund me the difference and cancel my membership. This was 15 days before the next billing cycle in Feb, 45 days before the next, next billing date in Mar. I prepared myself mentally to take the loss of another billed month in Feb, and not refunding the difference for previous months, but when they billed me in Mar... I am furious! I wrote in and said CANCEL. It is so frustrating, especially because this is EXACTLY why I didn't want to sign up in the first place, and I didn't listen to myself. I knew I was too overwhelmed with life to pay enough attention, but I was desperate to try anything to help me relax and try to become healthier. Obviously, this is not possible in a world where companies just take and take and lie and lie. Boo...

I will NEVER go here again. All they care about is taking your money. They charge me $100 to cancel my membership with 30 days notice. I tried to dispute it with my bank but oh no! They wont let that happen. They actually reached out to the bank and told them its non refundable because i Didnt write a written termination letter which again was NEVER discussed.

Love love love the classes but *****, the manager is horrible and has terrible customer service skills. I joined last year and loved the classes and instructors but due to financial issues I needed to cancel. I called ***** to cancel in December and she told me that I called at the perfect time and would not be charged another month. I also asked if I could keep the 4 classes that a friend had bought me for my birthday and she reassured me that they would not expire. I was grateful. Fast forward to today. My classes were taken away and I was charged another month. I called her to discuss and she lied and told me that she had not said that. That my classes had unfortunately expired and because I cancelled two days before billing cycle I would be charged another month. I explained to her that I never would have cancelled knowing I would have lost my classes and paid another month without getting classes. I would have waited to cancel another month and used the classes I paid for. she would not back down and insisted she was right. I am very disappointed with this organization.

Absolute worst fitness experience I've ever encountered, ***************************** was todays instructor. Ive had no previous complaints with the company during any of my previous 7 classes (Intro, 1.0 and 1.5). However, ***************************** made me incredibly uncomfortable and humiliated me again and again throughout the class. I signed up for Pilates to relax and improve my mobility as I'am already very fit and workout at a high intensity 5-6 times a week. However ***** insisted on criticizing me throughout the class and not constructively! I have the up most respect for proper form and even the elderly, which is why I remained calm and polite in return. She then publicly blamed me for her being "too distracted" to "better" the class. Embarrassingly enough, it felt as though this was complete ageism and discrimination towards me as a person. Even other members of the class approached me after the class and apologized on behalf of the trainer, *****************************. I will never attend another class at Club Pilates on ************************* in ********** nor refer it to a friend again. I have placed a merchant dispute with my bank associated with Club Pilates and requesting an immediate termination of my membership. I will also be taking this a step forward. No person on a fitness journey should ever be made to feel as though ***** made me feel today - I'm in disarray of todays experience.

I have loved my club Pilates in ***** **. I love the instructors and the interaction with class members. I suffered a back injury several months ago and asked that a freeze be placed on my membership. Wish granted. Because of the injury Ive been undergoing medical procedures and have been on pain medication. Pain and meds have muddled my brain. I sent my last cancellation notice the very day that the withdrawal was made by club Pilates. Same thing for this past month. Please do not withdraw more money from us to fund something Ive been too debilitated to use. And too debilitated to keep up with payments due and emails to cancel sent exactly a month in advance. Tomorrow they will draft anther $200 from my account Ive not used in months but have been I day short In in notification. One day short while under duress from repeated painful procedure for my back. Club Pilates is quick to take your money even when you have been physically unable to take care of things properly. There is no leeway for serious injury or anything else. The last $400 were spent on a membership I had no chance of using. Live and learn I guess
