      I used Try Before You Buy, got charged only the shipping cost, and then the full amount once that Trial period endedjust as was described when buying. It was my fault I did not use the products consistently due to traveling a lot, so although they were unable to refund me, they did recommend other options and sent me 2 other products. I will continue using all of the products I now have and hope to see results. Im giving 5 stars because customer service trumps my personal error on it not giving me the results I anticipated. They responded within 5 minutes of every email Ive sent and gave recommendations and other products to try, so that deserves every star possible. Thanks, Maelys!

      I came across their products on Instagram like a lot of people have, and I think the very first time I purchased them I purchased them through ****** and then the second time I purchased them directly through the company. I have to say out of all the beauty, products and different companies Ive dealt with over the years because Ive always been someone who loves make up and skin care this company has the best ****************** youre ever going to come across. They will listen to what your problem is, they will do their best to rectify the situation, and make sure that you are happy. Sometimes I think a lot of problems come from the fact that when were trying products, you have to be careful when youre on any website to see if youre subscribing to something which means its going to be reoccurring, or if you could do just a one time purchase, and I didnt know the first time I went on the website that I was subscribing to two of the products so I was a little bit surprised when the charges came through 30 days later, but when I wrote to them, they were absolutely wonderful and handled the situation with *****, and I felt very comfortable with the outcome.And Im telling you, I have bugged them to death with 1 million questions about all different kinds of things, and I have never received anything but a kind, gracious, and generous response in response to me reaching out to them. I think in terms of ******************, as well as having a good product theyre one of the better companies out there.

      I did not complete the placement of the trial order. i have received 2 boxes of products to make yoyr body less flabby. Upon several emails to the company they finally canceled by subscription which I did not agree to. I am submitting a complaint to ******, requesting a review of the $101.00 and $107.00 charges and requesting a refund.

      My package was delivered but unfortunately it was stolen from my mailbox, I emailed the company and sent them my ring camera footage and they quickly responded telling me they would send out my products right away to replace the stolen ones. **************** was fast and super polite.

      I ordered during the "Try Before You Buy" promo. Products deliver some results, but not as extreme as their ads, so I decided on the Monday of my 3rd week to initiate a return (day 17 of the 21 day trial. Their chat bot states an email will be sent. I didn't receive the email until Tuesday asking which products I'd like to return, and informing me that if the return label isn't scanned by day 21, I'd only be eligible for store credit. I promptly replied, naming the 2 items I'd like to return. It's now 7pm EST on the 20th day of my 21 day trial, and I have yet to receive my return label. This is not trending towards a positive resolution.

      I was told that I would not be charged if I returned product by post **** date 6/5/2025. It was returned and now they are saying it wasnt and are charging me $300.Very unprofessional, bad product and dishonest. Stay away from this company
