      Debt Recovery Solutions purchased an account from an online lender that I have not done business with or at least done business with within the statute of limitations for debts in my state. I have closely monitored my financial activity for the past 4+ years, so I know this to be true. I ask that DRS to remove this item from all of my credit reports. They need to step up and do the right thing. The is their own fault for 1. Buying an outdated or fraudulent account and 2. Not doing their due diligence in validating the debt

      This company has used unlawful practices, and violated my FCRA rights. This company placed a collection on my account without the proper validation that should be provided to me in writing per the ***** This account does not belong to me nor do I have a contract with Debt Recovery Solutions. I am not responsible for this debt. Per the ***** I should have been notified in writing within 5 days prior to placing this fraudulent collection on my credit report. Remove this fraudulent collection immediately from my credit report.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

       

      Please provide copy of letters that were sent out starting from March 2021 since this account has been in your office since then. 

      Not one letter has been received at my primary residence from this company. Which in fact still violates my FCRA rights. Therefore this account is still up for deletion.  This account does not belong to me. There was not one letter sent to me within 5 days of notifying me that this account would be placed in collections. I received an alert as of Friday 08/20/2021 Stating this account was reported  to  Experian as well. So where was the letter stating that? Please provide hard copy proof of the letters , or move forward with deletion.

      I have been working SO hard to correct my credit and has went up 100 points in one month,until this debt collection shows up on my credit report out of no where dropping my credit back down 92 points. I do not even know what these are from they are so old and they wont send me any documentation to explain to me when this debt was created,all they show is a date of May 2021 (total lie) when this was opened and I havent been to a hospital in YEARS,literally YEARS and even YEARS ago I had insurance so why theyre trying to say I owe this bogus collection they bought out that is too old to even try to collect is infuriating...and I know its too old because like I stated,I have not been to a hospital in years. This needs to be removed from my credit report immediately before I get a lawyer to *** their ***** or they can send me the proper documentation showing the original date this was created but Ill tell you right now,they wont because they know its too old,GET IT OFF.

      I reviewed my credit report and realized fraudulent activity was going on. I placed identity theft on my credit report. I filed a complaint with the 3 credit bureaus and CFPB on 6/11/2021. I contacted the furnisher of the account and asked them to sent information to me about this fraudulent account that's not mine. I also asked them to send the hipaa transcript to. They never sent either. Can you please help me with this problem it has gone on for far to long thank you. DRS ***************X $790.

      They added a account starting with ****************  on my credit on 08/07/2021 said it was opened on 03/12/2021 and said I owed a hospital **** in which I know I was insured for that time period. I am demanding a removal from the credit reports. I have not received any documentation/notice of this!
