  Received two separate bills from Debt Recovery Solutions LLC. for Sound Inpatient Physician cascade captial funding LLC. client account is ********** DRS account is ********* Fro $102.55 and the other Client account ********** Drs Account ******** for $101.55. Contacted both parties for information on these bills and after several phone conversations was told by Sound Physicians that there is NO outstanding bills. Have a statement copy from Sound Physicians showing ZERO balance. Sound Physicians WILL NOT call Debt Recovery Solutions to clear account and Debt Recovery Solutions WILL NOT call Sound Physicians to confirm **** was paid.

  Debt Recovery Solutions came on my credit report July 2022. I have never heard of this company nor have I ever did any business. Remove my name and your tradeline immediately from all of the credit bureaus. This is a violation and I have contacted my legal representative. Remove it immediately before further legal action be taken against your company.I have no account with this agency and unaware how my information was even obtained.

  I noticed this company on my credit report and tried to call them multiple times to get this resolved. I was hung up on three times. I was a victim of identity theft a few years ago and had a lot of issues financially because of it. I was not notified with documentation and did not sign anything to be in contract with this company. I believe they are using false misleading tactics to get which is a clear violation of Fair Debt Collections Act. I would like this removed from collections on my credit report.

  Service Date: Allegedly, June 5, 2016 DRS Acct #: ********; original acct #: *********** ******* Amount in dispute: $65.10 Debt Recovery Solutions is a debt collection business. I became aware of this alleged debt through writing AFTER the debt was purchased by ******** **************** and Debt Recovery Services was hired by ******** to collect. The original debt is allegedly owed to ********* ER Physicians. At no time between June 2016 and today has ********* ER or ******** **************** contacted me regarding this alleged debt. It has been over 6 years, the statute of limitations in **** has run its course. Further, this is an alleged medical debt from 2016. My family has been enrolled in **** ********** of ****************************** program since 2015. I do not owe hospitals for medical treatment because ******** covers 100% of those costs. When I received a collection notice from Debt Recovery Services, I immediately called to discover what the debt was for and attempt to resolve the issue. I made several calls. Every time I called, I was sent to a voicemail. NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS. Instead, Debt Recovery Services attacked my credit report. Debt Recovery Services continues to send demands for payment and has recently telephoned me to demand payment. I do not believe I owe this debt and they cannot or will not provide any proof of why I owe this debt. However, their collections agents are quite comfortable with hostile practices and throwing accusations that I refuse to pay the debt. I wish for Debt Recovery Services to end this ridiculous pursuit, and correct my credit report. I do not owe this debt.

  I checked my credit report and out of no where DRS is on my repost claiming I owe a debt of $2064 with account # **********. I dont know or have never done business with the original debtor or the collector. I never signed documents or provided my identity. This account is fraudulent. I am located in a whole different state and every time I reach out to DRS I never receive a answer. I never received a notice of anything. Delete immediately for this account is fraud.

  An account was added to my consumer credit report with a balance of $6684. I have not received any notice about this debt from Debt Recovery Solutions. As a third-party debt collector, you must follow all laws and regulations regarding the **** and the ****** This account was added to my consumer credit report fraudulently and must be removed. 12 CFR 1026.13(2) Adverse credit reports prohibited - The creditor or its agent shall not (directly or indirectly) make or threaten to make an adverse report to any person about the consumer's credit standing, or report that an amount or account is delinquent, because the consumer failed to pay the disputed amount or related finance or other charges. Furthermore, the account should also not reflect on my credit report due to 15 U.S. Code 1681b(a)(2).

  Debt Recovery Solutions agreed to delete the fraudulent accounts from my each of consumer credit reports and they never did. It has been 13 business days and this issue has not been resolved.   Debt Recovery Solutions is attempting to collect a past-due debt (a payday loan from CashNet USA) which was opened fraudulently in my name. They sent the documents from the original transaction, and there are obviously issues proving this isn't me or my debt, rather a case of identity theft.1. My name and street address on the documents are all lower case - I always capitalize my first and last name and address information.2. The bank account the funds were deposited to was with Chase - I do not have a ********** account. 3. The eSignature IP address is 127.0.0.1 - if you look this up online, you find that it is a default IP address for an internal network - meaning that whoever did this was physically in a CashNet ********** or someone hacked into their system to get this loan. (**************************************************************************)The above information, combined with a case last year where *********** was trying to collect late charges on an account that was not mine (which their fraud department eventually closed after confirming it was in fact not mine) would seem to show a pattern of fraud committed using my information. That being the case, I believe Debt Recovery Solutions should close their file and remove their reporting from my credit report.
