This company uses the same illegal methods that ************************** was fined by the ************************************. They can't validate a lot of the debts they are attempting to collect from and will attack peoples credit with these unsubstantiated claims. Request validation and when they fail to deliver report them to the State Attorney General, the ************************ and the Better Business Bureau. Also place fraud alerts with the credit reporting agencies.

DRS: (Zero stars are not allowed?)1-You have an address I never lived at on the paperwork you sent to my house. Cool now I have someone else's information. Nice of you to send that but not what was requested of you to send. 2-What you DID send looks like you bought debt from other companies. Therefore that means you do NOT have my signature on file for orginal paperwork between your company and mine. 3-That means you do not have business with me. 4-I am not the only person with my name. 4- Five years I've been trying to get you to understand that someone ELSE used my information as data breaches happened. 5-CEASE AND DESIST the harassment and pay me for mental and emotional damages, missed work for my husband to take off work and deliver his DISABLED wife to a doctor for medical issues related to this situation. My demand for this is $1.5 million and goes up the longer you don't listen to what you are told. 6-Burden of proof is on you, and you failed to provide that. 7-Call your CPA to find out how to do a BAD DEBT write off since you cannot find the right person to attach this debt too, but REMOVE IT AND NEVER SELL IT AGAIN.

Despite my request for documentation regarding the alleged debt three months ago, I have not received the requested information. Therefore, any further attempts to withdraw money from my account will be considered unauthorized. Please be advised that I have already notified the ************************************ (CPFB) of this issue, and they have forwarded my complaint to the ************************ (FTC). I expect Debt Recovery Solutions to cease all attempts to withdraw funds from my account immediately.Should you fail to comply with this directive, I will take further legal action to protect my rights and ensure that any unauthorized transactions are reversed.Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.Sincerely,

I recently received a letter (weekend after Thanksgiving) from Debt Recovery Solutions informing me that I owe $3,952.12. I called them on November 27th to ask them why I was receiving this letter. They said the debt was because I didn't pay a loan back. A loan that I supposedly took out in November 2020. I told them that I didn't take out any loan in November of 2020. I checked my bank statements and credit rating report but found nothing mentioning this loan.I told them that I was filing a complaint with BBB. They said on my only phone call that they were sending the original paperwork from the loan with my signatures on the documents. They said I would have it in 2 to 3 days. To date I have not received anyting. If given the opportunity I would give them no stars.

********************Debt Recovery Solutions has billed me for $1,790.91 for a visit to Travis County Emergency on 3/29/2019. I have no knowledge of visiting this ER in Travis County over 3+ years ago (2019) and I never received a statement providing proof of visit. This would include statement of visit (dates and why I was omitted, what procedures were performed and who performed them, diagnosis of patientetc. I will dispute this charge until proof is provided of my visit and if true, why was I omitted in the first place?

This company has billed me for over $3000.00 on a company I have never dealt with. I have no knowledge of this until receiving a bill from Debt Recovery Solutions. I don't know if it is them just trying to get money out of me or what. I have contacted the police on this matter and have been told it is a fraud. I have also filed fraud alerts on all credit reporting companies.
