I took our pets to Victor Vet Care several times and they seemed great. They offer a stress free pet area for your animals which is just a plug in that honestly doesn’t work. First, I took our cat in because she was urinating outside her litter box which is abnormal behavior for her. The veterinarian decided without any testing, that it’s just anxiety/stress and she needs to be on fluoxetine. She continued to urinate the next month, and then we saw blood. We rushed her to an urgent care where they took a sample and saw that she had a severe uti. After she was medicated and the uti was cured she completely stopped urinating outside her litter box. Then, I called to get our 8 year old dog into be seen because she was throwing up bile every morning for a week. Their soonest appointment was 2 weeks later, I explained my concern because of her vomiting every morning already and they said if there’s no blood there’s no need for concern. So I took the appointment 2 weeks later. In the appointment they ran blood work, and xray where they found nothing they said. They were very slow on their response and very slow on referrals where I had to call several times to get them. The vet techs never called back and I had to consistently called them. I got a referral to an internist and they told me to call to get her an allergy shot to see if that will help, they refused and told me they have used all their recourses on our dog and refused me for the allergy shot. My dog ended up passing away because they weren't fast enough with treatment and I blame them for her death. Then I call to get all of my pets records because I wanted them on hand because I was traveling, they asked if I was going somewhere else I said no. I then called to get a refill on my pets meds and they had closed my account and refused services. They have also lost several clients in the past two months because of similar issues. BEWARE.
