This email is directed at Westbury Music Fair. My complaint is false advertising and horrific customer service.This week the venue advertised on ******** a 2 for 1 sale on certain upcoming shows. To be sure it wasn't a scam I went directly to their site on FB. I was interested in purchasing tickets for the Disco show on Dec. 30. The sale indicated that it was only from Dec 11-Dec 22 and no promotion code was necessary (see attached ad ).I tried several times to purchase those tickets on my phone and on the computer. The site directed me to the venue map & available seats and indicated they were 2 for 1. However, in the cart they were the original price. I tried calling the venue directly with hopes of speaking to the *********** Needless to say I was unable to speak to anyone. I decided to go directly to the *********** After listening to hours on the recording, I went there this afternoon. Needless to say the ********** was closed and there was a note on the door saying they were closed for 2 weeks and won't reopen until Dec 27. What kind of customer service are you providing? Disgraceful. If ********** is closed it certainly should have been on your website & recording. Subsequently those 2 for 1 tickets are no longer offered when searching for tickets. I will not be attending any events at this venue again. Again it is disgraceful how this venue is conducting business.
