I have never been more disappointed with a business. My husband was completely taken advantage of. They used up our entire dental allowance, $1700, through our insurance and he had zero work done. all of the x-rays done and no one told him he had 2 abscesses. They told him he has periodontal disease and he doesn't. He now has infections. Thank God he went to a new dentist. Now we are waiting for the cash we paid $531 and 3 weeks ago was told it will take 3 weeks, told that again yesterday. They sure take the money fast! They should be ashamed of themselves for their prices and pushing services that aren't necessary.

In March of 2022 I Contracted with Concierge Dental to remove my teeth and install mini-dental implants and dentures for $22000+. After months of healing and temporary teeth I finally received my permanent teeth. From the onset They fit poorly Resulting in numerous returns to their office while they tried to adjust the fit. My teeth would literally come out of my mouth if I tried talking. When I tried eating the top denture would dislodge and dislodge the lower fixture resulting in a mouthful of food and Dentures to be chewed. I expressed my concerns with both fit and Quality. They looked poorly made, were loose and I wondered about longevity.my concerns were met with Doctor Ben telling me "I've been doing this for 30 years and I did not know what i was talking about". Thet finally installed the tightest Oring retainers which caused the dentures to snap in place with a very small void between the gum and denture. This would allow food particles to get trapped in this void and knock the denture off the pins and move around Freely culminating in many Embarrassing situations. I tried to explain this phenomenon and was becoming Increasingly frustrated. Because of my inability to eloquently explain sometimes myself my voice will inadvertently raise even when I am not angry. I can feel what is occurring inside my mouth even though it is not visible from outside. My Frustrations were met with what I perceived as Arrogance and were summarily and quickly dismissed. On 3/22/23 I had again Visited his office while they tried to correct this problem. During This visit and subsequent conversation, the discussion became heated resulting in voices being raised. At this point he said that some people are never satisfied and told me I was dismissed from his care. This was unprofessional and is completely unacceptable. I wrote him and apologized., he never responded. I still owe him a considerable sum of money and will stop Payment on the remainder if this cannot be resolved. Regards

I was flossing and an ENTIRE piece of my filling came out. What a horrible experience. Dr. B did my filling less than two months ago and in my 25 years of having fillings I’ve NEVER had a dental filling fall out. Now I have a huge hole in my mouth. I’ve already gone to two dentist to see if they could fix the horrible job she did and nobody can seem to fix it or alleviate the pain I’ve been experiencing on that side of my mouth since I got the filling and today this happens. It’s Sunday so I can’t even go to a dental practice to get this fixed. I still can’t chew from the side of my mouth which Dr. B  performed the fillings. Thank god I didn’t get my other side of my mouth filled with fillings that she “recommended” or I would be in big trouble.
