    Landlord has this company take care of water for me in Columbus. Won't do auto pay, misspellings on their glitchy website that was made in 2000 probably, no email alert regarding my latest bill even after I signed up for email alerts, although they charge you a fee if you're late. Extra fees added to bill which aren't explained. Terrible. Have no choice.

    We used to do auto-pay, but with water there can sometimes be leaks resulting in unexpected high bills. Auto-paying the high bills resulted in issues/fees with other bills for some. Residents can utilize their own bank's bill-pay service as an option. We charge the City utility rates as they apply to the property. Service fees are added for reading/billing and payment processing if a credit card is used for payment. These charges are reasonable in comparison within the market. We will work directly with the resident to determine the issue with the e-billing, which is an option that must be selected. Any technical issue will be corrected.

    They are a bunch of schysters, they rip their customers off! One month you're paying under $20 and the next month, your'e paying $65 without any notice or reason! And for the same amount of ************* used!!! Why?! Because after many complaints, they claim they haven't been charging the right amount! Really?! For over 15 years?! I wouldn't suggest this company to my worst enemy! If I could give a negative number of stars, I would! They're the WORST!!! They shouldn't be in business!!!

    I would give them no stars if I could. I live in a trailer park and Ive been noticing my water **** go up over the past year and had my plumbing checked for leaks, thinking that was the problem no leaks! So I talked to my landlord and said maybe your toilet is needs repair and leaking. Give me a break, I had my toilet replaced already for that very reason, so try again! A few months go by and enter few months go bye (3) and I get another **** and even more money?! So I talked to the maintenance guy and said that Spectrum hasnt had a meter guy to read meters for over a year. Okay. So whos reading the meters to **** us I asked! Nobody!!! So I called Spectrum and the lady over the phone (*******) told me the same thing, they have nobody to read meters in this area so they were told to guesstimate and **** us that way, I lost it and told them that is illegal to do and they are stealing peoples money. Now mind you, my water **** was always around $47-60 every quarter. My bills since the meter guy quit has been between $90-123. thats double what I always paid, thats theft, not a guesstimate! All I got from ******* was talk to your landlord and see what he can do. Its ridiculous, not right and not legal !! To this day nothing has changed and still paying double and barely anyone answers the phone at spectrum when you call and they never return calls when you leave a voicemail or an email unless threatened with a lawyer ( what my maintenance guy had to do in order to get a reply from his email months ago about this issue). Its sickening and needs to be stopped !!
