Infiniti of Beachwood does bait and switch. I called the dealership on a used car they had posted for sale. They told. me the car was still there and come and check it out. I drove 40 minutes to see the car only to be told it was sold 2 weeks ago, but they had this better deal on a car the general manger was using. I should have walked then. I did buy the car unfortunately. They lied and said the car had a clean car-fax. After closer inspection it is clear the car had been sideswiped and they tried to touch up the paint and some dents. They agreed to repair a dent in the driver side rear wheel lip and fix the scuffed rear wheel. They ended up drilling a hole in the wheel well, did a horrible job on trying to repair the dent and stuffed a black plug in the drilled hole. It looks absolutely awful and certainly not how you repair a luxury brand automobile. I have been to three Autobody shops now seeking quotes. The first shop quoted me $7,308 dollars to replace the quarter panel that Infiniti of Beachwood destroyed. The two other body shops told me they could replace the quarter panel, but that the dealership should replace the car since it will never be right and it is a new car. I have left messages with the Sales Manager at Infiniti of Beachwood and he will not return my calls or texts. I would highly recommend avoiding Infiniti of Beachwood. They have no integrity and you certainly can’t trust anything they tell you. I also can’t even use the TV’s in the rear head rests because they never gave me the remote control or the wireless head sets. I have asked them several times to get me these items and they just give me the run around. Very disappointing experience to say the least, especially since this is a luxury brand. I really don’t understand why their ethics are so poor.

Per the comment from the business. I did stop in personally on December 30th, 2024. They claim they are handling my concerns. So far I have no satisfaction and it’s the same old I have to talk to the owners? I am working with a Managing Partner at the dealership that is doing his best at damage control and that’s all he is doing. Trying to get out of a situation their dealership created. This has been going on for over 6 months with no real solution. They have wasted my time, put unneeded miles on my car and using gas money making visits to the dealership and body shops for quotes. So far Infiniti of Beachwood is a reoccurring Nightmare that keeps me up at night.

I would not recommend. The salesman Mikal told me I was approved for a lease vehicle , had me sign off on papers.. only to come back and say some bogus story that their system crashed so my loan couldn’t be finalize. days later I was told they have to submit my information again and apply me to other lenders ran my credit again for the second attempt after lying saying it was never ran, along with admitting I was mixed up with another client. Which makes it even more ridiculous I have a spare key to the vehicle I was so called approved for a 2024 Qx50 sport. His manger Chris was trying to cover up for me on behalf of their mistake, very unprofessional group and not the most trustworthy. Would not suggest.
