      I started shopping at Fast Track it in 2017. If there was any misunderstandings then the manager would look up your account and see you have not asked for a refund or credit and then would typically give it to you. Now its really taking off and locations are everywhere. The pickup rules were 3 business days after you won that auction you would have the next 3 business days to pickup. I went to pickup only to find out my items were not available anymore and they went back out in auction!I that OK it was a misunderstanding. So I was bidding on dining room chairs quantity 4. I won the chairs And I went to pick them up industrial location in the box said quantity 2! I went to check out and ask one of the employees what they could do about that. I really didnt want the chairs if I couldnt get 4 of them, I need 4 matching chairs. I showed the employee where it said quantity to and before I could even ask for a refund, the young man said to me fast track it reserves the right to make changes. I understand that. But if the description Im bidding on says 10 and I come pick them up and theres only two isnt that a lie and the employee said the item says As Is. I said is that the new open box as is.?My advice to anyone shopping here read the fine print on your receipt or on the description before you bid! This company is Setting people up for failure. This company just couldnt be happy. They had to want more and more and more and the bigger theyve gotten the more I see them taking.

      I purchased a Bimini boat topper with poles and when I went to the facility to pick up the product there was no top and all I was left with was a few poles. They will not offer refunds even though the description stated what the product was because they get away with stating the items are As Is! Be careful with what you purchase from them because you will be out of luck and stuck with a product if it says As Is!!!!

      Do Not buy Pallets from Bidfta!! They are using "Mystery pallets" as ways to offload their trash onto people. You are not allowed to check the pallet at the location before leaving. There are signs everywhere. I recieved less than the listed amount of items. Ouside of that there was not one single item in my pallet that was not so extremely broken to the point of being unusable and unsafe. The boxes were not even the same items inside, there were just boxes of literal trash like other boxes, and tons of broken glass, broken pallets stacked in between! When I contacted them they did not address that I was not allowed to check for my items before leaving just just sent me their policy to check before leaving even though I was not allowed. Very deceptive one, trying to sell their trash to people and not even offering the amount of items they stated!

      All pallets listed in the auctions are As-Is and Non-Refundable, as listed in the auction listing. We always recommend inspecting anything you are interested in during our "Inspection days'. Although you cannot unwrap the pallets, you can get closer look at the items contained in them.

      The reply comment makes no sense....? (You can look at the bag, but not in it....?) Your inspection days are not a real thing, quit lying. Do better and quit being shady or it will come back to bite you!!!! Buy proper trash removal and stop selling your trash saying it's not and stealing a ton of people's money!

      BidFTA does not have integrity when it comes to their product listings. The sign in the pick-up center as well as their website states the categories of the listings (Brand new, good, ....As is) as well as the descriptions for each. Thus, as a customer (and a business owner myself), I should be able to trust the honesty of the company for what they describe is in the box What they do not share with customers up front publicly is that you are allowed to open the when you pick it up (but before you walk out) and check the items before accepting it, or you can jump through lots of hoops to refuse it and get a refund.Sadly, we, like so many others I have seen on social media and BBB, didn't find out about the hidden policy to examine items and have to get burned once or twice before that info gets shared. I emailed the company and respectfully gave them an opportunity to make it right while sending pictures of the item and product description. They refused and were even slightly rude in the email correspondence back. Because of that, I am writing to warn others of their unethical business practices.

      This is my 2nd review. Again..5 stars! When I was new and learning the ropes, I bought a few items that were missing things. Staff was always great at getting refunds to me. Now that I'm a seasoned shopper here ( Richmond ), I know what I am doing and what to expect. I bargain hunt. Esp for pet goods. Saved a TON of $$ on cat trees, food, treats, toys, etc. Going today to pick up another pet stroller. I bid on incomplete items just for the wood. ( I have many projects at home and the wood is a godsend for me ). I always read the complaints and its sad this company gets so much flack when its almost always the buyer who doesnt know how to read the auction or aware of the freight charge...its silly. I get such great deals that I never inspect items anymore. I take it home..either fix it or offer it to someone else. I really enjoy this place..although I'm about an hour away..its always worth the trip. The staff are getting to know me since I'm there alot..the older lady is such a sweetheart. Now they have the bins there..like oh no! More for me to buy..lol. I hope this place stays here and I can continue pulling great deals. Thank you Bidfta!

      A coworker told me about the site so I decided to try it out. Won my first bid and decided to try for another. I won that as well but when I went to pay the invoice there were items added that I did not want nor bid on. When I contacted the site they told me I had to pay for the items anyway. When I refused they told me I had to pay a fee before I could bid again. I was told by my coworker that they are very rude if you have to contact them. This is just to give a warning to watch it when dealing with this company. There are other sites that are way better than this place. Use this one with caution

      They give inaccurate product descriptions and will not work with you to fix it when youve picked it up already. Their describes are not complete and will give you half of a product without indicating that it is incomplete. Their items are misrepresented and their customer service is subpar.

      They misrepresent their items as brand new, but they are not. They are misrepresenting their items and profiting off of it. They won't offer refunds until after you have checked out and before you leave the building. If it is brand new as they advertised it to be, why would I need to inspect it before leaving. They passed off a broken dehumidifier to me as brand new, and it is garbage that won't even turn on. This company hides behind their terms and conditions that only profits them, but leaves customers with expensive garbage.

      Awful service.You have to jump through so many hoops to use them correctly. You can read the terms, but you basically need a law degree to figure out how to follow them and use them correctly.It may be fine for a single item. Probably not. Most are broken even though condition says good.they will take your money, basically, and you wont be treated well.I will never use this company again. I have lost hundreds of dollars using them, and I am a very intelligent person. This is a borderline criminal enterprise.

      Would give zero stars if I could. Everything i have bought there is either broken or missing pieces...this week i bought a $500 item that was branded WORKING CONDITION VERIFIED.. and you guessed it, it doesn't work. In no way at all will they refund me.
