We sat with the Champion rep in March and ordered a patio door. The door came in twice and was made incorrectly each time. It never made it to our home as the company discovered it was wrong before it made it here. We have tried calling the company and emailing them multiple times to ask to speak to a manager. The company WILL NOT return our call. The only time we hear from them is to tell us the order came in incorrectly. The company has our money except for the final payment. We even made the payment that was required pre installation and yet the door has not been installed. Our money? Such a huge company and the customer service is horrible. Where is our patio door?

From the beginning terrible !!!!! There is no communication with the process, and their customer service for correcting problems with the windows or fixing installation mistakes is terrible. On the day of the installation, I noticed that they were running to get everything done without regard to details or the product. I observed that some of the windows were not straight, and in others, the frame was scratched. They were sliding the windows against the concrete floor. A couple of days after they finished installing everything, I was painting the borders, and I noticed that two of the windows had holes (1 ½” wide). We also noticed that the caulk around the outside of the sliding door was cracked and that all the windows glass and frames were super dirty. This part was extremely frustrating. They sent someone to correct the caulk on the sliding door but 2 weeks after the caulk cracked again. This time I bought an extreme weather caulk and corrected the problem myself. I had to continuously go back and forth with Champions because the installation supervisor (Chris) did not want to pay for the cleaning of the windows. Chris told me that I have to pay for the cleaning of the windows myself. It took them 3+ weeks to get the cleaning approved. Even though they approved the cleaning that only cost $467 for all 30+ windows and one sliding door, the day the person showed up to clean the windows he informed me that no one had agreed to pay for the service. A month & half after the windows were installed, I was outside, and I noticed that many of the windows were not caulked properly. I contacted Champions Windows many times. After more weeks and many phone calls trying to resolve this situation, nothing happened and finally, I decided to hire a person to rectify the problem. It cost me $650 to repair all the windows.

The spinal mechanism keeps coming apart.latches weak and brake often.I am afraid to open and close these windows, the mechanisms quality is so weak.

From the very beginning, my experience with Champion Windows has been a nightmare. The sales process was terriblethe sales rep showed up 30 minutes late and then dragged out the meeting into a 3-hour long sales pitch. Despite my better judgment, I decided to proceed with them since I needed new windows for my condo.The contract stated that the installation would begin within 9-12 weeks, but here we are at week 27, and I still dont have my windows installed. To make matters worse, Ive been forced to make payments on the financing for windows that arent even installed yet.Any time Ive tried to express my concerns or complaints, Ive been met with complete apathy. The contract only gives you a 3-day window to cancel, which they seem to use tou their advantage. Ive even reached out directly to the financing company and am still in the process of disputing it to try and switch to another company, but no one is willing to work with me.Champion has canceled and rescheduled the installation three times. One of those times, I drove an hour to my condo (which is a rental property) only to be told that they wouldnt be installing the windows because they hadnt coordinated with the *** or secured the necessary permits.If you are considering Champion Windows for your home, run awaydont walk.

Negative Zero Rating but had to give 1 star to post. Don't waste your time or money on Champion no matter how good a deal may appear. I had issues with windows not long after install and my sign off. Texted and spoke with installer a couples and which was suppose to come back but never showed up. Now, it's costing more money to have these windows removed and re-installed correctly with flashing and proper corking inside and out, replacement walls/framing, etc due to black mold. The lack of professionalism from the get go was a red flag but I was already committed. I truly feel sorry for anyone having to deal with any company that just doesn't care about quality or clients. There are really great local contractors that take pride in their work and that's where I should have started and paid a few extra dollars instead of falling for a deal.

I don't trust them to do what they say they will do . We've been waiting for 10 months for them to complete the window installation to the HOA standards of our complex

My wife and I purchased 5 windows from these crooks on 9/16/2023 for $20K. That's when the lies began. Window installation started on 4/17 and was to continue on the 20th, however, the crew never showed up for the second day. The windows installed on the 17th were done wrong. Mulled windows were not installed with the faces flush, so there was a difference of 1/4" -1/2" difference. Noticed that the frosted glass on the bathroom windows was not frosted. ****, the Install/Service Manager said it would be corrected and told me the windows were ordered on 4/19 and couple weeks to deliver.Second crew came in on May 14 to finish by starting to fix the prior crew mistakes. Crew #2 installed the remaining windows. and **** asked for me to sign on final payment as the replacement sashes were ordered and a couple of weeks out. I signed and they processed the final payment. Weeks go by and they say replacements windows are 10 WEEKS. **** lied to get final payment.7/31/24 just got call that the windowes are in and scheudle to be installed on 8/2/24, 103 days, 14 weeks. Their Finance Copany, ********, is in the scam with them. They won't do anything but give them 60 days to respond to customer complaints.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I have had the WORST experience with Champion in Phoenix Arizona, used them before many years ago and they were great. Have been practically begging for a cancellation and a refund for over 6 months and nothing. We paid a deposit and have nothing to show, run from this company at all costs! When you run, doesn't matter the direction, the attire or time of time of day just run and don't look back.

We had Champion Windows installed for our whole home several years ago with a promise of a lifetime glass breakage warranty. Several months ago one of our bedroom windows developed a full length crack. We have ordered a replacement but they told me their warranty replacements are 6 months out. Six months to replace a broken window??? This company gets a fat D- in my book for pathetic customer dis-service for replacing warranty broken windows. Champion should be renamed "Looser". I would NEVER recommend anyone to consider this looser company!!!

Warranty is a scam. 120.00 to even come out. I WAS SOLD ON A 75.00 DEDUCTIBLE FOR ANY REPAIRS. NOT TRUE AT ALL. THINGS ACTUALLY HAVE A FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY,AND COVER NOTHING FOR STORM DAMAGE AFTER I WAS TOLD SIDING COULD WITHSTAND 135MPH WIND ECT. ANY DAMAGE WOULD BE A 75.00 DEDUCTIBLE. I SPENT $35.000 ON THIS SCAM. CAN'T EVEN GET A HOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE AS THE MAILBOX IF FULL. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
