The condition of our previous steps was deteriorating, which compromised both their aesthetic appeal and safety. Cleveland Concrete Steps provided competitive pricing and demonstrated professionalism and flexibility throughout the process. They exhibited a commendable willingness to work in inclement weather conditions, such as rain and cold temperatures. Moreover, they ensured consistent communication regarding the status of the project up until the installation date. During the installation, the team was forthcoming in explaining the necessary adjustments required to accommodate the new steps. Their honesty and trustworthiness were evident, and the crew maintained a friendly demeanor while keeping the work area tidy during both the removal of the old staircase and the installation of the new one. Prior to the replacement, we refrained from inviting guests into our home due to concerns regarding potential injuries from the existing steps. Notably, both our neighbors and passersby expressed admiration for the service provided, often stopping to request contact information to arrange similar replacements for their own steps. I wish I would have kept track of the many phone calls I have made to this business. On March 12 Joe came out to take a look at our porch so that they could redo the bottom step and add handrails. It took a couple of phone calls to finally get the estimate; but I did receive one for the bottom step and handrails. As there was still some discussion about the length of the step and placement of the handrails, Joe said he would come out on the 23rd. He did not show up. I left messages 4 days in a row; and finally someone from the office called me back. Joe did show up for a second measuring and discussion of the step and rail placements. He said he would call me on Thursday and give me the new estimate. No one called so I left a message that was never returned. It's been at least a couple of weeks since then. For some reason this company does not want to do business with me. I wish I knew why.
