      These jokers can't even get there website up in Ohio to allow us to make a payment. Then won't waive late fee when payment crosses the threshold. No concern for the customer. Absolutely trash.

      Absolute worst utility company that I have worked with. Switched to them when I moved in November and have had nothing but problems with ZERO resolutions. Its a shame because we literally have no where else to get our gas from so we are stuck! If I could give no stars I would.

      Bought Dominion Gas Been a cluster ******* since wasted a lot of my valuable time trying to get things strightened out, I should bill them Did not nee the 1860 characters remaining just 2 words They Suck.

      Same old crappy service as Dominion. Nothing has changed. They act like they're FBI. It's ridiculous the process they put you through to speak with anyone. The owner of my company wrote a letter back in Sept 2024 to add me to the contact list. I confirmed the email address it was sent to is correct. Of course no one responded from the company an of course I am still not on the contact list. Another example of the complete lack of logic and customer service in this day and time.

      Gas was shutoff without notice prior to shutoff and without a notice on the door after shutoff. I only knew of the shutoff because my security cameras caught it. The shutoff was due to an inspection I never received notice of. I only. I called to get the inspection for the next day. After the scheduled inspection time passed and no technician showed up, I called and was told no inspection was scheduled. Without heat for second day in December

      I've been trying to get ahold of them for days. Finally got through yesterday after a 2 hour wait. Took the guy 30 minutes just to turn service on for one home. In the middle of the next order, he kept saying the address didn't exist and hung up on me. He asked me to spell every word I say multiple times and still couldn't get it right. I'm currently on hold with a guy who has such a strong accent, I can't understand a word he is saying. No idea why I'm on hold or what the hold up is. I always though Dominion had the worst customer service, but this is far worse. I have many units I need to turn service on or off and can't reach anyone that speaks English and/or is competent.

      I don't know what is going on with them but since switching to them from Dominion my father gets invoices only every other time. I've called and spoken with two people they said they would send me the previous invoices for our file and we've received nothing so once again I'm going to have to call them and sit on hold forever waiting to speak to someone

      Do NOT use their landlord reversion form option. It is so hard to get out. I sold my rental property, called to end the account. They said they can not end it because it will automatically come back to my name, due to the landlord reversion form I previously submitted. The 1st staff submitted the request to cancel that reversion, and told me to call back several days later to make sure it is canceled. I did, and the 2nd staff said that request is not enough, I need to fill out a form and submit in writing. The form is supposed to be available online from my account, but when I asked how to find it, she didn't have a clue. She would mail it to me. Ok, after getting off the phone, I googled that form and found it, called back to verify it was the correct form. The 3rd staff said I could email the form, and check back two days later to verify. I did, and the 4th staff said it actually needs 5 days to process, and she had no way to verify if my email is received or not. I said I want to file a complain to her supervisor, and she said it will take 1hr to 1.5hr wait on phone, and I would get the same answer. How terrible their service is! Each staff is telling me a different thing, and I need to pay the gas bill while I do not own the property.

      Had a bill that was due on October 4th, paid on time. Just received ANOTHER bill that is due on October 31. How does a Company get paid TWICE in one month?? What kind of a racket is Enbridge??? Dominion was NOTHING like this!! Are there other Companies we can use for Gas in the Akron area BESIDES Enbridge???

      Can we post pictures and ask why each property of mine is $20+ more on puco whatever that it it should be the same across the board and you can’t even sign in to pay bill! So I call now it cost to pay over phone whatever connect me… and SILENCE can’t pay that way either ! What a scam to get more money. Leaving this crap company. Miss dominion, may have been expensive but never a prob and always equal
